My boy has been going here since he was just a tiny puppy. He enjoys the staff at Tree Lodge, just as much as he enjoys the play with his furry friends. The Facebook page shares pictures of all the dogs playing daily & I love being able to save them for our own personal collection. My son loves when I come home with a picture, from one of the parties. We love it here!
My boys absolutely LOVE coming to this daycare. The staff at the front desk is kind, and the girls in the back that take care of the dogs are great. They have cute “parties” the dogs can partake in, and they are very accommodating to all needs. I have boarded here as well and it was great!! There is even a vet attached so anything you need for your pet is right there! Never had an issue taking my big guys here, I know they will be well taken care of.
My Charlie goes here everyday Monday through Friday and comes home worn out. They take such good care of him and give him plenty of cuddles throughout the day.
If you have an anxious pet, do not bring them here. I booked lodging for while I was on vacation and was called the next day to have someone pick my dog up cause they couldn't handle it. It was a huge inconvenience to try to find someone while I was on vacation.
We were a little apprehensive to try this with our big 7 month old pup with separation anxiety and who hates a crate/kennel. I was very impressed on my initial tour by the caring staff, reasonable prices, cleanliness and fun activities. I was completely surprised how much our dog loved it! Here is her report card, activity schedule and some pics to commemorate the day!
He loves it here. Not 20 dogs in waiting room ever maybe two at most, so his anxiety isnt goibg crazy. My father even started taking his dog here . Moose is 5 . I have also taken my bird and cat here. Amazing place with good prices .
I took my elderly dog here for boarding thinking this would be the safest place for her. I had her vet screened 1 week before I dropped her off. Up in retrieving my pet, she came home lethargic and with no appetite and coughing up phlegm. My dog had kennel cough. I called Tree Lodge to try to see what they had to say. I was told my dog must have came down with this within the 12 hours she's been home. the manager was not helpful and suggested I get her store bought cough medicine to help her. Upon further pressure, the manager agreed for me to bring her in for an exam. The exam was free and my dog was diagnosed with kennel cough just as I thought. tree lodge prescribed medicine, that I had to pay for out of my pocket. this place denied all responsibility. my dog smelt like a dead body. it's very obvious that tree lodge pet resort is an unclean facility with airborne viruses being passed to pets in their care. they will deny all responsibility and put your elderly pets at risk of death! I would never take my animals here again and highly advise no one that cares about their pets EVER bring them to this germ infested facility. i am beyond disgusted and hope my dog has a strong enough immune system in her elderly age to fight off this sickness. NOT TO MENTION they charge $11 per pill administration! $11 each time they administer the meds. meaning if your dog is there for 5 days you will pay $55 in daily medication administration fees. this was not disclosed until I was there for pick up and payment. DO NOT BRING ANY PET YOU LOVE HERE.
I really like this place. The only concern I am having is lack of communication from the staff. Took me months to get my Tala in for her first day, took us stopping by to get her set up. As I didn't get called back after leaving vms. When she was there for her first visit I called several times as well did her co-owner and didn't get to speak to anyone till later in the day. Last week I called and as of today 7 days later I have not heard anything back.
This is an absolute LAST choice when I’m in dire need. Always placed on hold for several minutes when trying to call. They charge premium prices for a mediocre facility. Other places charge the same and have larger play areas AND offer web cams so you can check and see if your dog is actually getting the play time you are paying for. Very unorganized when it comes to drop offs and pick ups. Once there is competition in the area I believe this place will suffer immensely.
