This spa is cozy and intimate. I rate it 5 stars because of the customer service. Natasha at the front desk was sooooo accommodating to me when my original appointment had to be re-scheduled because the Vichy Rain bar wasn't ready. My therapist was wonderful, she did not require conversation which I really don't want. The Rain bar was interesting, lots of water. And half way through I really needed to use the potty! So I was miserable the last half. Next time, I'll just go for a message. But it was Natasha at the front desk that will bring me back! She helped me with no judgement when I thought I locked myself out of my locker and discovered I was trying to get into the wrong locker. She brought me a mimosa and made me feel welcome. I've already scheduled my next visit.
Thee best massage I've ever had! The massage therapist "Katy" was absolutely awesome! This place was so awesome, that I turned around and booked a session for my man who thought it was great as well. I do wish that the gratuities were included being that it was so pricey. All in all, I would do it again.. thank guys
Try to be on time, they are usually very busy... So if you're not on time, you're going to lose your appointment...
