There are so many words that I could use to describe our Maldives/Dubai experience- awesome, amazing, best travel experience , knowledgeable, relaxing, worry-free, fun and the list goes on.. Tripvax staff was and continue be awesome, professional , genuine , they consistently checked in before during and after the trip.. The folks they had working with us to ensure that we had great time in both Maldives and Dubai were accommodating. Friendly , hospitable , great sense of humor and made us feel welcomed. All the sites we visited in Dubai including our unforgettable tour guide made the trip such an unbelievable amazing experience!

TripVax was the first travel agency company I’ve ever used. Simone, my travel agent, helped me booked my 2nd honeymoon trip to Maldives and Dubai. After this experience, my husband and I will use them again for all our travel needs. Really, it’s a no brainer! For the purpose of writing a review and not writing novel, I will try to make it brief. 1 She stayed well within my budget. My phone consultation was so causal and easy. Yet to my surprise, it gave Simone all the information she needed to provide me with a comprehensive outline/quote for my trip. 2 Very detailed orientated. My quote was emailed so I could easily review it with my husband. 3 All recommendations for activities and excursions were on point! It made our trip memorable. Here are some activities- Maldives: floating breakfast, luxury spa package, Seasalt BBQ, tea time, private romantic dinner on the beach, and snorkeling. Dubai: Sky-lounge access to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Desert Safari and Yellow Boat Tour. 4 Having the RIGHT TEAM at your corner. This is the absolute main reason why I will use TripVax for all my future travel needs. Unexpected things can occur and it did on our trip! Upon arriving at Sofitel Dubai Downtown Hotel, we were told that our room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm and we arrived at 3:30am. We were told that they had some plumbing issues, etc. and all rooms were booked solid. I messaged Simone and she was able to handle the situation. Somehow, she got us in our room within 30mins! Therefore, having the right team to help assist with ANYTHING unexpected in a foreign country is necessary. Thank you Simone and team for taking care of us. TripVax will help my husband and I plan our next trip-Thailand and Singapore. We can’t wait for our next adventure!

I just returned from my trip to NYC and the US Open. Erica made my trip seamless and fun!!! I have used Tripvax for most of my travel needs and Erica has been my advisor!!!! Love the personal touch and the service she provides. Thanks Erica and I will definitely do this trip again!!!!

I'm not sure where to start on this review, because I want to say sooooo much, however I will just say, book your next vacation with TripVax....I booked with TripVax for my 50th birthday vacation to Dubai, and oh boy, I had a grand time and a stress free birthday just like I imagined it to be....Everything was taken care of all we had to do was show up...Our hotel Sofitel was amazing and in the heart of everything, right across from the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa tower....All our tours were scheduled from the pick up to the drop off, I can go on and on....Just book your next vacation with TripVax and thank me later....I am very happy with their services. Simone is amazing, very patient and understanding...Thanks doll, can't wait to book my 2023 birthday trip to........Lol....I'll tell you guys about it in my next review next year

Please do not trust this company with any of your money. My group had a trip planned since December 2021 when we started making payments as required by this company for end of February. We entrusted TripVax, owned by Kamen Blackwell, with thousands of dollars to book our flights, hotels, and excursions. Several emails and calls to them between end January til end of February 2023, went unanswered. Just days before our scheduled departure, we discovered that none of our reservations had been made. I was sent a “Booking Confirmation” with a flight confirmation that said it wasn’t ticketed and would be once the flight was paid for… However they were QUICK to take additional money from us beginning of January for additional add-on activities. When we contacted TripVax, Kamen Blackwell gave us a series of flimsy excuses for not having made our reservations. We continuously had to pressure them for answers and eventually they confessed to having failed to pay merchants for the trip. We had to initiate contact with the Hotel, Vendors they use for excursions, Airlines etc. to find out nothing was booked. Ultimately, the owners cancelled our trip as they could not fulfill obligations and informed us that the agency was going to be closing. No explanation to where our money had gone. I sincerely hope that they won't be able to launch any future business ventures, considering their track record of dishonesty. To this day, we have not received any refunds. Therefore, I urge you to avoid using this agency and instead opt for a reputable travel provider for your future travel plans.

Please do not arrange your travels with this agency. A friend of mine was supposed to celebrate a milestone bday with a group of friends including myself in Dubai this month. Trip had to be cancelled the week of due to the owners, Kamen and Simone Blackwell scamming us. Thousands of dollars were paid to TripVax in Nov 2022 so they could book our flight+hotel+excursions for a week long trip. They failed to pay for the complete trip and only admitted this due to our aggressive outreaches once we discovered our reservations were not booked. The owner, Kamen reported a series of excuses and potential lies for not making our reservations. He officially cancelled the trip days before departure and shared that the agency was closing. Hopefully they are not able to open this business or any other business again considering this is not their first time scamming through TripVax.

A friend of mine celebrated her 60th January 1st -8th 2023 In Dubai, with over 75 people in attendance. We received out first invoice with a confirmation of our nonstop flights to and from, the day of departure we received a new invoice with a 11 hour layover on our return flight. If we were book months ago on a nonstop flight why did they have to rebook? I will never recommend this travel agencies, very unprofessional.

Worst TRAVEL experience of my life. I don’t trust the company. I was given a flight itinerary to go to Dubai on Nov 2022, with no confirmation #. That was to follow. Two days prior to flying, I was given an itinerary that was completed different. That wouldn’t be so bad but when I spoke to the owner and Tim’s him of my concerns with being a solo traveler, arriving at 11:30 PM in a foreign country AND not being able to use 10 hours of a hotel room I paid for on the arrival and having to depart the night prior to my hotel checkout on the departure, he insisted he would call me the next morning after trying to re-arrange my flights. I never heard from him! When my layover flight from Amsterdam to home was cancelled, I reached out to him…I never heard back. Delta, later rescheduled me. I was nearly late headed to the airport to leave Dubai because we never got the hotel transportation we paid for and was promised. I took a taxi. The Dinner in the Sky cancelled my reservation due to rain out if their control, but later rescheduled it at a time that I couldn’t participate. They said Tripvax would have to offer a refund to me. So far…nothing. The experience while there, was great as I met 77 other travelers, but Tripvax was the absolute worst, most stressful experience of my life as a traveler. I will never use them again nor recommend. The agent that attends the trip with us, said nothing to us collectively regarding our multiple complaints! Some were left stranded in a city that wasn’t their own, and had to pay additional funds to get home! It was the worst!

It's been a dream for me to one day visit Dubai. I've dreamt about it, thought about it and imagined it. I met the best and now my Favorite travel advisor Kamen online. The personal interest and care is like no other. He helped coordinate hotels and tours, provided suggestions and even last minute changes were made without hesitation. Thank you for the best hotels and the best time ever. I was so worried about not getting the visa on time and Kamen was so reassuring until I got it. For a solo trip he made it so easy for me and I felt so comfortable. Pick up from airport to hotel and back. The setting up of the different tours and events were unbelievable. The safari on the desert was soon good the best. My first airbaloon experience was like none other. I felt so safe and comfortable. My 5 luxury hotels made me feel like a million bucks. I appreciate you Kamen and thank you for making my dream come to life. I'm so happy.

Our experience with Stacey Ramnath as our trip advisor was great from start to finish. She listened carefully to our desires and made the great suggestion of booking the test drive your wedding at Sandals. She ensured that we knew about all the entry requirements for Jamaica, which was a great help and put us in contact with a driver who went above and beyond throughout our stay! I also received a surprise  upgrade in Sandals as Stacey informed them that it was my birthday. It definitely was the best birthday that I have had in years, I am already in talks about my next trip away!!
