I had a surgery 7 weeks ago performed by Dr. Mounts. I purposely waited to leave feedback to ensure that my healing was coming along fine. The surgery center was good, but I must say that the procedure itself was excellent due to the surgeon who performed it! What impressed me the “most,” was Dr. Mounts‘ ability to explain thoroughly and respond to my questions without making me feel as though my questions were a waste of time! In fact, I contacted him after hours leading up to the surgery and following, and received an expeditious response each and every time. Dr. Mounts gets my utmost highest recommendation!!!
I was referred to Dr. Mounts after months of dealing with excruciating lower back and neck pain. After a couple of consultations he recommended two procedures, micro decompression of the lumbar and decompression/fusion of the neck. Both procedures have been incredibly successful and I am now pain free. I couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable and professional surgeon. He was genuine in checking in after surgeries and the scars healed very neatly, I don’t know whether to call him a magician or an artist, probably both. I highly recommend having Dr. Mounts on your side if you are dealing with any back pain, I could not be happier with the results.
Dr Mounts was extremely helpful and explained everything regarding the surgery. The staff were very friendly and professional. I feel very confident that if I had to choose another doctor for spine or neck issues it will be Dr Troy Mounts.

My overall experience to date is exceptional from Dr Mounts, he is very thorough, he explains everything he goes through the x-rays with you he’ll answer every question you have, he gets back to you in a timely matter If you leave any questions you have for him. He is kind considerate, down to earth and an excellent doctor I highly recommend him and have given referrals.
The best surgery experience & Post-Op care ever. Dr. Mounts is a skilled surgeon who takes an interest in his patients and gives you his of time and attention and returns calls & texts. As an active 60+ male I am back doing all the outdoor sports I love cycling, golfing, hiking& gym workouts 4 months after a lower lumbar fusion of 3 vertabrae & laminectomy. I recommend him to anyone have a spinal procedure or surgery.

Had a very good 1 year, post op, telephone appt. . with Dr. Mounts. 1 year ago I was in incredible pain . After cervical surgery Dec 2021 I am pain free except for some stiffness at times. I’m so grateful for Dr. Mounts. I have my life back.
Dr. Mount’s is professional, on time and a extremely caring man. He always talks to you at the level that is necessary for you to understand. I always trust him with my life. I’ve had neck fusion surgery on the C4-5-6-7, and will be having surgery on my T10-11-12 as well as L1-2-3-4-5 as well as the S1. Dr. Troy Mount’s is the best you can go to for your spinal surgery. I highly recommend him for spinal surgery.
