They did refund a portion of the shipping. Thanks. We got what we ordered quickly but the shipping charge was ridiculous. We had to get a tax exempt approval and the price on the quote that was provided was listed as the "shipped" price. Then once we got it it was another $20+ for shipping... why didn't they reflect that in the quote? It was a single plastic item, low weight and not a 'large' item. Did they send it expedited wthout ever asking? Ordered specifically from here for price, but that turned out to be a mistake.
Why partial ship an order 1 of 6 of the same item. Online Order, only to not ship the rest of the order over 5 weeks late. My total invoice was $160 but was later refunded and charged $50 for the one item + shipping. I did not agree to this at all and frankly I'm just disappointed. Would have honestly just liked to have canceled the order if they could not have fulfilled the order in a timely fashion. The agreed invoice or not at all.
Ordered a new deli slicer for $2500 through them. Set the delivery to pickup at the warehouse. The $2500 piece of kitchen equipment to my surprise was delivered to my home address just sitting on my door step, no signature required. Absolutely ridiculous. So lucky it wasn’t stolen.
How hard is it to answer a phone or reply to email? Apparently for Tundra, it's impossible. This place is overpriced with non-existent service. Plenty of great places in Denver or on-line that actually know what they are doing and know how to run a business. This place is simply awful. UPDATE: Thanks for your reply on a public site. Still NOT answering your phone or returning emails. Maybe don't have an email address if you can't be available to answer them? Or maybe just respond. Your behavior is ridiculous and unacceptable. A refund would be nice since I've been waiting over three months for my order, but I'm sure that's way too much to ask.
TundraFMP gave me a Black Friday deal on a walk in freezer with compressor that was advertised on there website . 4 weeks later when it was about to ship the vendor told them it did not come with a compressor and I would have to pay $7000 more for the compressor. What a Black Friday Deal! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and BREACH OF CONTRACT! I contacted the Better Business Bureau which contacted the company twice with no response. I asked to speak to a manager from Tundrafmp which I was denied. I have recently filed a claim with the Colorado Consumer Protection Agency. Own your mistake Tundra. I would give a zero rating if I could.
Worst service and if you placed a order online guarantee your gana get a missed picked order with things you didint even order ...... trust me I've worked there not such a great environment....
Ordered a coffee pot ,the box from UPS was in perfect condition the box which held the coffee pot was smashed and torn ,they taped it before they shipped it ,but never checked it for missing parts ,asked the gal who is helping us to call us ,but no. My experence was not good Now trying to resolve this issue it isn't happining . they won't answer the phone, Inever will do business with them again ups
After a mistake by their warehouse and then their phone customer service i did receive a follow up by a supervisor who rectified the problem quickly and sent the parts that I needed for my purchase at company cost along with a very nice email. Holding back one star for the original customer service phone call but this company does follow up and make things right.
I ordered dozens of items from this company and didn't receive 3 of them with my order. I called and was told they were on backorder which I would have ordered from another place had I known that before placing my order but was told they'd be in, in 3 days so I was ok with it. Received 1 item several days later but not the other two. Its now been 15 days and I still don't have the other 2 items. I received an invoice a week ago saying 1 item had shipped after getting 3 delay notifications from UPS I called them and they said only a label was created and TundraFMP hasn't actually given them anything yet. Called TundraFMP and spoke to Sam who told me items aren't backorderd and they have a stocked warehouse after explaining my first conversation to him a 2nd time and him looking into it he finally acknowledged they had been backorderd. He then tells me they shipped and it's UPSs fault. I tell him only 1 item shipped and the other is still backorderd and that's not UPSs fault he back-peddles again and now says 1 item is in fact backorderd and 1 item must be lost. I explain that this is my first experience with their company and this isn't enticing me to come back and that at the very least I'd like my shipped cost refunded as $12 is a lot for an incomplete order this far out. He basically tells me no on the refund and that I can certainly choose to take my business elsewhere if I'd like. I was very taken back by this response. This company clearly can care less about your business. Save yourself the headache of dealing with them. There are other similar businesses online and there is always Amazon, free 2 day shipping, lessons learned.
Excellent customer service from all of the employees that I talked to. There was a mistake on product description on a site that sold their product, and I was shipped something that was not right. They apologized sincerely and immediately refunded my charge and then had item removed. Best customer service I have had in a while!
