My husband died during COVID. I was in the hospital but Joe Tutera was wonderful in helping my daughters with All the arrangements. I don’t know what we would have done with out his advice and suggestions. We definitely appreciate it and recommend his service. Plus he was very knowledgeable and reasonable. So incredibly rude and inconsiderate. This isn’t a restaurant - it is a funeral “home” but they treat you like you’re trying to order takeout from a deli where the food is good but the service is horrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I reached out to ask for more information on services they provide and tried to give them information about what has already been set. When trying to provide context/additional information, I was immediately cut off by a rude man - he said, “I don’t care what the cementary said.” I understand that this is a business for these people, but I, as a customer, am, also understandably, still grieving. It’s very difficult to set up funeral arrangements as is, and this business definitely made it clear that they are casket-turning jaded jerks that don’t care about even trying to pretend to be considerate at a difficult time. Literally the last thing anyone needs when setting up funeral arrangements for their recently deceased grandfather is attitude. Strongly recommend that you steer clear of this place.
