Terrible I opened a checking account. The next day they locked it up. They said they need to verify me a second time. 3 days later still refusing to let me get my money. Verified Me when opened account. Knowing I had to get a motel room. I gave them cash. With account on hold i had to sleep out side because I put my cash into a account. In store. Dont let you self me mislead as I did.
US Bank is one of those large financial conglomerates that prey off the small consumer. Their customer service agents on the phone have zero competency and are not authorized to make any decisions. I deal with the same issues constantly Their fees are outrageous! I go into their physical banks and they are equally incompetent. The app is extremely lagging. In this modern day and age, traditional Banks are definitely not the answer. Support your local “not for profit” Credit Unions. Not that my little account matters, but, the joke is probably on me. I should have left their bank years ago. I’m partially at fault for allowing this bank to “sift me as wheat” The only emotion US Bank leaves with me is anger. I don’t want to be angry. In my ignorance I stayed.
I was only free for a limited amount of time for an appointment, and the person I talked to on the phone the day before was able to help me out and get me in the next day. At the branch, I was helped by Cyler, who was very personable and a great help! He was able to help me navigate my profile better and open a new account. He responded very promptly and helpfully in the ensuing days to ensure that everything went through properly, which it did! #USBANK
Went in to open 2 business accounts with teller Mason. Waited my turn and was then told he didn’t have time to work with me and I’d have to come back. I asked if other customers held higher priority than me!? Was told that the line customers couldn’t be left waiting. Then was told documents I emailed couldn’t be downloaded and I’d need to bring in physical papers. Don’t we live in the era of digital documents!? Was also told my account would take up to a week to open and needed review. I believe that was an attempt to discourage me so the other customers could be helped. Not happy with this insufficient “branch.”
I went in to make a deposit on April 14 and the ATM machine broke down in the middle of the transaction and took my ATM card and my money; it did not give me a receipt or anything else. The only reason I used the ATM it was because they were close due to the Covid 19 I called in the Orem Danielle was super helpful this is why I give it a two star not a 1. It's been almost 3 weeks and the bank has denied my claim and have not giving me the money yet. Danielle call me and said that they had finally found it and that it would be in my account by Tuesday; that would be 3 weeks and a day later.
The guy that helped us messed up our account really bad. Also, this bank sucks too. My sister and I created an account with US bank because it was the best for where she was going on her mission in california. US bank has been charging $9 in fees for maintenance and for paper bill. They told us that we would not have any fees if we got a credit card. I also asked the representative to make me an authorize user because i would be the one taking care of the account and credit card. I told the representative to give us a specific credit card that gave us points and instead gave us one that did not come with points. He could not fix the problem unless they run credit again. I cant fix the maintanece fee until my sister gets back home. So far she has been charged like $100 in fees that I have never heard a bank charge before. I would not suggest this branch or bank at all. I have called their customer service and have been told that I was going get a called back and never did. I called again and the representative transfered me to a voicemail. Horrible customer service in general. Made a third call as suggested on the post underneath and no resolution still. Probably will not call again unless to cancel.
All the tellers are fantastic and very professional. I had the opportunity to be helped by one named Braden Allred and he was incredible I really enjoyed my experience with him and will for sure be back here soon!
I was having trouble with a deposit that the national customer support was not doing well trying to resolve it but finally I talked to Chase at this branch and he did a great job getting things taken care of faster than I expected. Thank you!
Great staff! Very helpful. Brian Lucas has been great in assisting me and my wife in our personal banking.
Great experience opening an account here. Seth was awesome to work with and was really efficient with time.
