I usually enjoy coming to this Ulta store. However, I don’t appreciate the employees on the clock walking around in plain clothes asking if you need help or pretending as if they are doing some work, but analyzing you as if you can’t afford anything in there. Megan was doing her job to the best of her ability. Happy with my purchase and Love the point system for using my coupons!

I had a first time appointment with Jonya yesterday and she did not disappoint. She did a root touch up, and two different colors of lowlights.  She is straight forward and will tell you if what you want will not work for you. I have been trying to find a stylist for over a year. I finally found her! She is a perfectionist, and if she will do whatever it takes to make you look amazing.

I booked a Haircut, and color with a Senior Stylist a couple weeks ago. What I got was a Nightmare! I even went into the salon and spoke to Janya, 2-days before my appointment to explain what I wanted and show her my waist length hair.  What I got was a different color, process, and over HALF of my length cut off  about 9”. You can’t glue my hair back on, I was very upset about Janya not listening to me. And I was Overcharged $341 including a $60 tip. At the end of almost 6 hours, I walked out with White streaks of bleached hair on my center part.  I wanted to give the opportunity to fix it, at the very least they must fix the color and the overcharge. I spoke to store manager Kayla, she booked another appointment to color correct.  I arrived to a hostile discussion/appointment. With Janya lying to my face about the application processshe did not use a cap during coloring. Only then did I discover she is not a Senior Stylist but a new to Ulta. I sure wasn’t going to proceed because she had the nerve to suggest I pay an additional $150.  I was very clear on 2 separate days what I wanted. I’ve gone to many different Ulta Salons and never had this level of ineptitude and bill padding. Now my hair is a short embarrassment!

Skylar was absolutely amazing and helped me get the skincare that I needed. She even wrote down some instructions since I was completely clueless. She went above and beyond for me and couldn’t be anymore grateful for that! Thanks again Skylar!

Got a perm done here and the person that did it was friendly but did not listen to the way I wanted it done, she cut and layered it before perming we all know that's a nono. My hair looked as if I were bald on top for over a month because of the way she rolled the rods; my hair was fried at ends and moppy feeling and looking. : these girls are nowhere ready to be doing these types of styles. Haircut and nothing else. Thank goodness Iv enough knowledge to repair my hair. Oh fyi its already fallen in most palaces.

They made our ladies transfer into beautiful princesses along with the beautiful bride my daughter. Not to mention the full transformation you did for me. It will be treasured for years to come. I promise to get the trims and loved learnabout the make especially with my allergies.  The ladies JRaya, Hannah  and there was a few more. I am awful with names. Tysm. . See yall again very soon. They have great products.  A little pricey but really good quality. Very friendly people.  I had a great experience.

I would like to Thank the Makeup consultant Katie. She helped me out alot I know nothing of makeup and it was close to prom. She took the time and showed me which colors to get and how to apply them. From one stressful mom you truly saved me and with your tips she was beautiful.

I’ve been 2 days in row. Couldn’t get anyone to help me find a powder/foundation combo. They literally met my eyes as I walked up to them, they turned around and walked away TWICE. Brought my husband with me today and 2 girls were on their phones as we walked in and still never said a word to us. A customer complained loudly that she couldn’t get anyone to help her. I felt her pain. I did research last night and found the type of product I wanted. Found some sponges and tested it myself to see which color would be best. Walked out of the store and will purchase from another company. Ulta needs to step it up if they plan on keeping stores in play. Once someone has a product they like, there’s no reason to go back to the store.
