I've hand nothing but good experiences with the staff & doctors here. Everyone has been friendly, respectful, & helpful. The office hours are fairly generous for a doctors office & they've been able to fit me in when needed, plus the online portal is awesome!
Dr. Hashikowa is excellent. Smart and thorough, but management is poor. Hard to get an appointment and want you to keep calling until they have figured out when to schedule you.. had another dr in the past, but he did not seem to know what he was doing.
I have been seeing Dr. Robert Kiningham for years and he's a fantastic doctor. He's knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes time to discuss all issues. He's especially exceptional in sports medicine--helped me overcome extreme rotator cuff and sciatic nerve pain.
Excellent staff. Caring professionals. Sometimes frustrating dealing with nurses when you NEED your doctor's counsel. Unfortunately, they just lost one of their BEST staff when nurse PAM left - she truly LISTENED!!
Terrible Staff. Rude, they don't listen, they interrupt and repeat their answers over and over even though they aren't listening. The receptionist and office manager are the worst and don't address any concerns. The Doctors are good though but if you want warm, friendly service then this place isn't for you
