The Food Recovery Network at UMass facilitates the donation of otherwise wasted Worcester dining hall foods to Craig's Doors Homeless Shelter in Amherst . Through activating the campus community as volunteers, FRN helps to spread hunger and waste awareness among the students, faculty, and town.
