HUGE public library with just about any book you could ever want. Open to the public, though there are rules about who can check books out. You can spend hours curled up in a comfy chair and read / research all you'd like. Their "special collections" department is available by appointment if you'd like extra help with research or want to access materials not on the shelves.
The study rooms and general library need some TLC. I ALWAYS find writing all over the walls which I understand isn't the universities fault, but it just negatively impacts the welcoming of the space food crumbs, hair, and stuff on the floor. The chairs are so uncomfortable and some are basically hanging on by a thread, and it is SO over crowded most days of the week. I really wish they had more absolute quiet floors/spaces since there is no where else on campus that caters to that specific need for some students. As a STEM student who spends a lot of time in the library - I wish some of our tuition would go towards bettering spaces like the library instead of classrooms where I only spend 50 minutes to an hour. It would be nice to sit in a comfortable, silent, and clean space with a clear mind to study. Instead I feel as though I'm wondering how I'm going to clean off the surface I am about to lay my stuff onto. The staff, however is always super helpful and lovely. I 100% know they can't control the conditions of the library and probably have minimal funding as is which is ridiculous. With all the new student, and with the largest class size since 2018 - you'd think they'd allocate some funding to the spaces student actually use instead of faculty labs : !
I love coming here! There’s a place for everyone because the floors get quieter as you go up- even though some people have no respect or self awareness. There’s tons of comfortable seating options and you can move them around to an arrangement that works best for you! My favorite spot is by the window because it gives a great view of the campus.
An excellent place to study and read! The shelves are well stocked and organised in such an easily navigated manner. While the books on Mandarin Chinese are rather slim, they have many other selections that interested me greatly! Fantastic place all around!
Nice and quiet- the study rooms on the top floors are great to focus and get some work done!
Best library. Top floors are quite and comfortable for study. You have a bagel shop downstairs. They are open until 2am. Library Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Came in winter so the hours might be different 8am-10pm Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm Fri 12pm-8pm Sun Very comfy and quiet, there are different chair types to choose from and plenty of outlets for laptops and such Allowed to snack on lower floors as they are not designated Quiet Spaces Silence is expected on upper floors, so snacking and talking are prohibited The library is well organized and kept clean I highly prefer it over county public libraries
great space for studying/working. Several quiet floors and study rooms for more privacy
seats dont recline or let me strech my legs out. no sofa seats. the sofa seats are very low firmness and causing me pains after sitting all day. im paying so much money and most of the chairs/ seats are not good. STUDENTS NEED TO SIT ALL DAY TO BE PRODUCTIVE . after studying here for 3 years i have all sorts of pain in my legs and hips cause of the terrible stiff chair. the lecture hall seats are terrible in many building as well!
