The UNCA Aspiring Health Professionals - NWI Student Chapter is dedicated to creating positive change in the health of its members, university, and greater Asheville community. Our intention is to prepare members to enter a diverse world of health promotion, by informing, discussing, and encouraging wellness in others. To emphasize the Liberal Arts nature of UNCA, our chapter promotes interdisciplinary collaboration to emphasize value around all forms of health, including but not limited to, nutrition, mental and emotional health, sexual health and physical health.
