wao i can not believe only one window open and the line was 15 people other lady doing nothing what a lazy people here .pos office do something to better the service.
July 14 , 2023 Post office is supposed to open at 9am but sounds like a party back there with laughter and music and approx 20 post office customers outside in line mad and frustrated waiting for them to open the door. Finally at 9:15 a lady postal worker opens the door with a bad attitude rolling her eyes and shaking her head I asked her what time Post Office open and she said 9:00am but at 9am they were CLOSED. If I could rate this Post office a Zero I would.* BAD Customer Service in Wilmington Post Office.
It sucks when you walk in to see only one person working. Overall it's a decent place to pick up your mail
For those of you that don't know about the post office. There's a big work load. more people order on line deliveries. Even other carriers us USPS. like Amazon. They delivery at everydoor daily. The employees work 11 hours a day and 6 to 7 days a week. Also it's a month for Christmas that takes more of there time away from their families. And their not getting paid overtime. You complainers seem to think you t b e only person getting a package or sending. They work hard and work minimum 6 days a week and overtime daily. How ungrateful you are for those employees who don't complain about giving more time to their job than their family. On top walking maybe 15 miles a day. I know I'm a new employee with USPS. So you should look at the facts and be grateful someone trys to do the job you couldn't do. and gets no overtime pay for the Xmas season. you should be embarrassed to even be so critical. If you have no idea what they do for you everyday. I bet your never happy. Give us hard working people a friendly smile or a thank you instead. And keep control of your dogs. Thanks for only thinking about you. it's people like you that make people want to stop helping others.
I need my package deliver. I received a notice on my phone but no one came to my door for signature. How are you gonna attempt a delivery if you never make it to the customer’s door? This is why people don’t trust USPS. Simple task, walk to the door and get the signature. There is no left notice on my door or in my mailbox.
If I could give zero starts I would. Horrible service & attitude from the supervisor. Apparently stairs are now a hazard, how do you survive your life then if you are incapable of walking up one flight of stairs. Pathetic. Carrier keeps putting my mail into my neighbors mailbox. They never get packages delivered, only leave notices, but when you go to pick up, you wait an hour in line just to do what the carrier is supposed to be doing. Gonna submit complaint to usps Inspector General.
Be careful when you order international packages. Wilmington post office is not reliable! AT ALLL!! Been waiting 5 days for my package and still have not received it. I’ve gone to the post office to resolve this issue but they keep telling me the same story on how it in the truck set for delivery which I believed and I waited all day long each of those days and still never received it. So unprofessional!
Update...... I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!!!! The worst USPS Facility, my package has been here for 2 days according to the tracking coordinates. My gender reveal package is only 5 miles from me but of course leave it to this horribly managed distribution center to ruin my surprise. So upset.
This place seems to have empolyes that seem to not enjoy being their and is run by two childish women who are exstreamly rude. I was also told bye one that do to a change of adress i would never reseve mail again she blamed the sesteam as if it were a boggy man The place runs slow and the workers argue amongst each other "Policy ottid needed"
the service can be good but the employees of usps at least for my experience the packages mark it as delivered in the mailbox and it is a lie the packages are not talking for my package and they only answered that the mail I post it in the mailbox and it is a lie in When I got the notification that he did the mailbox check my mailbox and the package was not with this are two packages not delivered be careful with the one that takes care of packages
