Can't deliver correctly to save their lives. Weekly issues with missing mail or packages put in the wrong parcel locker. I've tried talking to the postmaster and he just blames it on staffing with no solutions offered. On the bright side, it's a great way to meet neighbors! Ugh!
This post office needs to be replaced. Too small for the growth of Marana. Employees are very rude and lazy. Continually deliver the mail to the wrong address, and have a real attitude problem. I go to the little Reolieto office, one lady who does an excellent job and is very professional.
We've had to visit the office in person for the fifth time now. Even after speaking with the mailman for my address they repeatedly misplaced packages and go weeks without delivering our mail. We have had at least six separate issues in the last 2 months. The phone line is always busy and no one responds to emails. They have no clue what they're doing here.
Just visited, the dude that waited on me had weak customer service skills. I hadn’t seen him in over 2 months, figured that he’d been fired, guess not! But, he had really nice hair.
Make sure you use your scale at home for the exact weight of your package, this is the first time I’ve ever been over charged for the weight and I’m a small business who’s shipped out all over Tucson and of course this happens to us at our new one :’ lost all my profits to pay back the 0.6oz difference from my estimate
Love the speed of this particular post office! My mail never stays past overnight and is delivered daily by 2pm. I had theft issues and it was resolved quickly as well. My postlady is a champ for bringing heavier boxes to my door versus leaving them at the end of the driveway. Great job!!!! We sincerely appreciate all your hard work all year!
The front office postal workers are incredibly RUDE. I've never had such poor customer service anywhere. I needed help mailing a package and was treated like a nuisance and then the attendant took my package and literally threw it after I paid. Go somewhere else. Unless you want your day ruined. In that case, they do a pretty good iob.
This place is terrible. I had issues not receiving my mail in my po box and brought it to the attention of the post master. He responded via voicemail telling me how they never have issues and did nothing but make excuses instead of listening and addressing my problem. I was told to be patient, I will get my mail. Welp, fast forward and I am missing 2 checks from my venders from over 4 weeks ago. Now one of my client's accounts will be cancelled and I will lose his business and trust. If I experience a large financial loss due to the lack of managing the post office, I will sue the government. I keep paper trails, emails and conversations related to this continual issue. Do better, I'm sure with a little effort you can.
Missing mail...called to find out what was going on. Dina was somewhat helpful until the end. I tried to explain that it was my car registration tags and MVD wanted to charge me for replacement tags...while speaking to her, she hung up on me. I wasn't being rude or anything. Customer service is lacking as is reading the correct address when delivering mail. I get my neighbors and vice versa, often. Get it together! You start at $72,000 it says, at least read #s, correctly.
I try to be patient I do. But I constantly get the wrong mail. And I'm not talking one or two pieces. I mean 5-10. Regularly. Makes me worry I am not getting all of my mail. Also, ordering anything online is risky now. 75% of the time when it says it is delivered, it isn't. It's gone forever. Then you call and they are rude to you and act like it's somehow your fault they lost the package. Something needs to be done. This is getting ridiculous
