Mailman kicked our dog and then reported our dog saying it bit him no bite marks only a small scratch from maybe a nail. Now are dogs titled aggressive, and to top it off, he will no longer deliver our packages and we always have to go to the post office and get them ourselves now recently they've givin me every excuse not to give me my packages and always have to come in on a different day as if to catch them off guard on there own game. This office is absolutely garbage and doesn't know how to treat its own people. 100% do not recommend you'd be better off going to the next post office..
I have had 2 package deliveries this week that were needed in a timely manner and the mailman didn't even attempt to deliver them. I have a camera alarm and have been home all day. I told the manager and he sounded like he basically didn't care. Needs new leadership and employees.
Convenient because it’s close to our home, however, I will never step foot in this post office ever again. They have the worst customer service. Don’t go here go elsewhere where your business is appreciated.
Had to ring the bell twice and wait for a young gentleman named James to come and play with his computer take his time redo five pre-stamped postcards so I had to leave with nothing at all I don't have the time to play with kids well well trying to do business
The front office postal workers are incredibly RUDE. I've never had such poor customer service anywhere. I needed help mailing a package and was treated like a nuisance and then the attendant took my package and literally threw it after I paid. Go somewhere else. Unless you want your day ruined. In that case, they do a pretty good iob.
Can't deliver correctly to save their lives. Weekly issues with missing mail or packages put in the wrong parcel locker. I've tried talking to the postmaster and he just blames it on staffing with no solutions offered. On the bright side, it's a great way to meet neighbors! Ugh!
This post office needs to be replaced. Too small for the growth of Marana. Employees are very rude and lazy. Continually deliver the mail to the wrong address, and have a real attitude problem. I go to the little Reolieto office, one lady who does an excellent job and is very professional.
We've had to visit the office in person for the fifth time now. Even after speaking with the mailman for my address they repeatedly misplaced packages and go weeks without delivering our mail. We have had at least six separate issues in the last 2 months. The phone line is always busy and no one responds to emails. They have no clue what they're doing here.
Love the speed of this particular post office! My mail never stays past overnight and is delivered daily by 2pm. I had theft issues and it was resolved quickly as well. My postlady is a champ for bringing heavier boxes to my door versus leaving them at the end of the driveway. Great job!!!! We sincerely appreciate all your hard work all year!
Terrible service the don't deliver and have attitude and our disrespectful.
