They sold us a forklift…it had several issues that hey kept trying to address, but could not fix, when I told them this was a lemon, they said they didn’t know what that meant and assured us they would take care of the issues, “no need to return the equipment” As soon as 90 day warranty was over, they refused to provide service anymore paid services alluding the!problem was us. We had no previous experience with them, they had been recommended by the company we were renting a forklift from.

We were told locally the eta for a lift with clamp would be 9-12 months. Three weeks after receiving a quote from Universal Lift Systems, we are using our new lift! The quote was less expensive than our local quote and it included shipping charges shipping it across country! Super friendly and super helpful!! I would strongly recommend!

We had our Big Joe pallet jack serviced here to fix a problem we were having with the throttle. Amber and the rest of the crew kept us updated about the issue and when it was resolved! Really appreciate their help and professionalism. Each time I called in, I felt like I was a customer who mattered. This is unlike some other service companies we have used where I felt like I was bothering them, or an inconvenience. Thank you to everyone at Universal Lift Systems!!!
