Family owned and operated. This gym is in a beautiful school building. It's spacious and has high ceilings. The people working here are kind and friendly. You can take a yoga class, do some serious lifting, or dance. The gym has it all!
Friendly staff, decent facilities, all of the equipment I need and the place is almost never overcrowded. Universe gym is one of Bath's hidden gems!
If you want a gym with weights, mirrors, a boombox and nothing else, this is the place for you. I believe there are classes available upstairs for yoga, etc.
The facility and equipment might not be the newest but its all there and it all works. For $5/day you can't beat it.
