For about three months, my scheduled appointments have been canceled on me "due to provider unavailability". When I go to reschedule, my doctor is booked a month or more out, when my appointment is about a week away, it gets canceled and I'm not even given an answer as to why. Very unprofessional. The only good experience Ive had with U of U doctors is at the Urgent Care clinic in Farmington! You're better off somewhere that is not U of U health affiliated.

This is my favorite location. Everybody is always so kind, professional, accommodating and personable. I was scheduled for the last visit of the day. There was a bit of a wait as my provider was meeting with her patient next door. I didn't mind because I knew I would get the same high level of care when it was my turn. It was past closing time when my provider finally got to see me, but she treated me with all the patience in the world-- as if I'd been her first patient of the day instead of her last. My visit was not rushed, even though it was well past closing and she works 12 hour shifts. All of my concerns were addressed with care. Pretty phenomenal level of care, in my opinion.

Dr. Charles White is the best doctor I've ever had. Everyone in the office really cares about you and they have a pharmacy with a great staff.

What a great little place! There are great providers here and as a patient I have always received excellent care. You can't go wrong with any of their providers, and they are all caring, smart, and genuine. They do primary care, OB care, prenatal, LGBTQ+, lab work, XRAY, and behavioral therapy, to name a few. There are MD's, APRN's, and PA's that have a variety of skills and experience. They will see pediatrics, adults, geriatrics, and anybody with pre-existing conditions. There's also a pharmacy here to save the trip to different places - even better when you come in for the snifflea and you don't want to run around to different stores to get your meds. It's a one stop place and it's great!

I don't even use this pharmacy for myself, but for a home health client. The pharmacist always recognizes me and knows who I'm picking up for. Impressive.

I’m so sad with my experience at this clinic. I have been experiencing chronic headaches and pain for 2.5 months and every time I went in I just got more blood work done. No one should be in constant chronic pain. I found a new provider at Ogden clinic and got a CT scan right away. He also put me on 2 medications that helped!!! He diagnosed me with fibromyalgia and I’m finally feeling better after 2.5 months of constant pain.

I love this place. Best healthcare I've gotten in years. Staff and Doctors remember me and are always courteous, respectful and fun. I'm willing to travel to come here, just because of how well I am treated. My doctor is young and willing to try new and alternative treatments, which I love. She also listens thoroughly and treats me as a competent and intelligent human being. Rarely have I ever gotten such excellent care in my life. No #Mishaguyas
