The SCRMC is a central point of contact, information and facilitation for research and clinical development related to stem cells and regenerative medicine.
The UW–Madison is a leader in the companion fields of stem cell research and regenerative medicine, growing the world's first nonhuman primate embryonic stem cells, then our first pluripotent stem cells. We are now working on better ways to treat debilitating diseases and uncover the fundamental processes that lead to these diseases in the first place.
