Open 7 days a week, we are here to help you with anything from basic preventative care to the treatment of serious illnesses and emergencies. We specialize in pet care for dogs and cats for all stages of life from puppies and kittens to our treasured geriatrics. We aim to make your visit pleasant, and your pet’s comfort is our main concern.We are closed on major holidays.We are pleased to accept Upland & Rancho Cucamonga vouchers to assist with spay and neutering services from City of Rancho Cucamonga Animal Care & Adoption Center and Upland Animal Shelter."

My dog Stinky had her emergency surgery there. The staff is very smart and empathetic. I felt very welcomed for the crazy mental state of thinking I was gonna lose my doggo. The pictures are from a week later, post surgery.
They got me in incredibly fast, and everyone on staff is quite friendly. Facility is very clean and my old dog got the exact treatment she needed!
Drove 50 miles as nothing near my home was open on a Sunday. Due to a cancellation i was able to get my dog in. Love that they are open 7 days a week. Staff is very thurough, always ask if you have any questions, facility was clean, Dr.'s and staff went above and beyond. Called and followed up as promised. Pricing was very fair! Receptionist, a young lady, heard my heart hurt for my dog and when the dr said they could not squeeze me in, checked the schedule and saw someone had cancelled and was able to get me in. Dr and assitants were awesome! Went over procedures and pricing, very fair. Did not force anything and provided many options. The fact that the Dr would call in the morning and night as they said they would. Hard to come by these days. Honest, fair, and reliable!
We now live in the Pacific Northwest as of April this year after moving from Upland to Ventura County and lived out there for 9 years. But sometime in the summer of 2012 I had the opportunity to come with my dad one time ten years ago shortly after we adopted our cat, Samantha, who we still have to this day and she’s doing great, being her pushy dominant self as always! Dr. Helsted and his staff were were very kind to us.
The staff is very friendly and good with handling your pet. They are compassionate with the issues that your pet and you are going through and give the best care possible. I appreciate the Veterinarian's thorough explanation of what is going on with your pet and gives you all the options you need to make an informed decision on to get you pet back on the road to health and recovery.
I cannot say enough good things about this office and this staff. Everyone is ALWAYS so warm, informative, and friendly. I know that there is always consistent service from phone calls to office visits and anything in between. The major highlight for me is the soothing atmosphere the staff creates!
The entire staff is absolutely the most caring and compassionate ever! They always take such good care our baby little boo bear, Bella. So accommodating and caring for our little Bella:
They have been great care of my dogs for years. They give great service. All vets are high in price. They are in alignment with others. Their personnel are all awesome. Thank you for the service.
Very unhappy with the new owner and staff at this hospital. I have been going here for over 23 years when it was previously owned. Was here in March for my dog got an estimate which was very high, brought him in today to go over everything so we can schedule the surgery ONLY to have them say that the estimate is now higher because they did not put in for the removal of the mass. So now I will not be going back with any of my other pets. Not to mention the turn over of staff they have here.
Horrible Horrible receptionist!!! Came in for an appointment and had me waiting and waiting not answering me when asked when my dog would be seen since my appointment was 30mins passed... the girl receptionist is the worst, lack of customer service skills. Never again will I take my dogs here!!! Thank you for allowing me not to spend another cent here.....
