Went to a urgent care Sat night & told to see ortho at building D. Mon was holiday & was closed. They open at 8am so Tues called 8:02am to schedule an appointment; the answering svs was still taking calls at 9:15 & didn't turn the phone on till 9:45, then recording saying press 1 to make a appointment, Then on hold for 45min & got recording every minute saying to schedule appointments via My Chart app got rid of it; prob loging on & Dr never replied to my Q's. and to "press 2 to remain on hold". At 3 pm after 5th call attempt & just put on hold Or Disconnected! I gave up & thought 'try tomorrow'. Next day, same: put on hold, press 2 to remain on hold, got disconnected, etc. Both days I did leave my number for them to call me back~they never did. My Q: When are you going to hire more people to answer the phone? So People Will Not Be On Hold For More Than 5 Minutes. Or is that idea maybe/ maybe not going to happen only after the opening of the new office by Marketplace Mall?

Dr. Gruhn.....my oh my. He is an amazing Doctor. I've been dealing with a herniated disc for about 6 months now. Dr. Gruhn has been the man I've been seeing and I gotta say, I've never had a better experience with a Doctor for any reason ever! This man truly cares about the issues you're facing. I'm very thankful. Of course I can't forget to mention how polite and professional all of the nurses and receptionists are. I've had zero issues. Plus they have a thing called "MyCharts" which makes everything a whole world easier!

We have used the urgent care orthopedics for many things through the years. Had great service through out. Today, I called at 9 am to have my son seen for a possible broken hand. They told me they would call back with an appointment time. 2 hours later, I called them back because I had not heard anything. I was then told they were at capacity and I should go to another urgent care. When I asked if I had in fact called the ortho urgent care, the woman said yes, but repeated that the hand clinc was at capacity and to go to a different urgent care. I understand that everyone is shorthanded nowadays but this is ridiculous. Now I will have 2 copays and will have wasted time & resources at a regular urgent care when he should have just been seen by ortho. Doubt I will use them again.

I was here for physical therapy. The office staff was very friendly. Physical therapist really listened and made sure I had all the information I needed to do exercises at home between appointments.

They are the most efficient medical office I have ever been to. All three appointments were met with courtesy and respectable employees. Never had to wait more then five minutes in either waiting room or exam room. Clean facility as well. Just give yourself an extra 8 minutes hour first visit cause I parked in staff the first time. Realizing I was wrong, I got back to my car and then finding the front which faces Clinton ave/faces west was only by default.

I have been a patient for over 13 years at first my experience was great. Over the years the service has greatly declined. You wait forever to be seen. You can’t get an appointment for months out. They keep you on hold on the phone for 15 minutes. I miss Dr.Rouse I wish he never retired.

Front end staff was very kind, receptionists and X-ray techs courteous. But the Dr. saw me for a mere 30 seconds and said I was getting cortisone in my Shoulder. I asked was it necessary and can I see my x-rays? He pointed them out quickly and said, "cortisone or not?" I said can I think for a few moments? He said, "a few? I have other patients". This is very unprofessional and of course I know they have other patients - but he was with ME at that time and I'm not sorry that I thought I should have felt able to ask a few questions and get a diagnosis before consenting to a shot that you can only have a limited number of which should be saved for as a later resort! So I declined the shot, got a quick PT referral and he was out the door. NOT impressed and will not go back. The only reason I gave a 3 was for their other staff that work there they get a 4 but the Dr. Gets a 2. Also felt like I was part of a herd of cattle being corrailed.

Wow is all I can say! This place is absolutely ridiculous. 1st sat in waiting room for 45 mins past apt. Then get into room and wait another hour and half to be seen. Never in my life would I recommend anyone to this place. You would think they want to get patients in and out since there is still a pandemic going on!

If I could give this a zero I would. Got hurt 5 weeks ago, went and saw Garrin Smith. Got casted, a week into my cast it had to be removed because of severe pain. Got pain medicine prescribed by an NP then it ran out the day I got my MRI. Garrin said he called me Friday to talk to me with the results but I really sat the whole weekend still in pain and when he called me on Monday he didn't even read far enough in my chart to see that I had my cast removed. My MRI showed three torn ligaments, two inflamed tendons, and a muscle tear and his advice was to continue to wait it out even though its been five weeks and it only continues to get worse. THEN he saw he recommended that I have a follow up with a doctor that was not even in the right specialty. I now have to then wait to get a second opinion from a real surgeon and when I was calling and complaining of the pain after being seen once a week for the past three weeks for pain he wants me to come in AGAIN to have them mess around with my foot, cause more pain without actually ending up doing anything as it has been for the past three weeks. Oh and to top it all off he wants to just send me to the ER in the middle of a pandemic instead of doing his actual job of treating people and listening and most importantly reading through the medical files to see that I have been doing everything he has ask of me with only increased pain. Find somewhere else to get treated unless you want to waste tons of money and have no positive results.
