I am a return customer and as expected the service was amazing. Deon represented and advocated for me to get the best deal possible. He was running to get the information requested and took the time to listen to me. The rest of the staff were amazing in each of their roles throughout the purchasing process. Highly recommend URSE and especially recommend Deon as a sales professional of choice.
If you enjoy being lied to, having your time wasted, repeatedly returning for the same issue—4-5 times that they love charging you on top of forcing you to get a rental since they hoard your vehicle for days and weeks—and then having different parts of your vehicle break down that ran perfectly fine when you get it back? Well you're in luck because this god awful place is for you because they love nothing more than to not fix something, break other things, and then charge you thousands. The next time our Jeep has an issue that only their location has the equipment to fix is when I send it to the crusher and go with a completely different company. Which is unfortunate because my entire family always loved Jeep.
Very disappointed in the service. I have owned several Ram trucks in my life. Went to the express lane and waited over 3 hours for an oil change. I was then advised to have the differential serviced, and it was not covered with any of my maintenance plan coverage. after my long wait, I was told I’d receive a discount on the diff service since I had been there for going on 4 hours at this point. At the end of my trip, I was charged the full $286, no one in sight to ask about their discount I was getting. Tired of waiting and had to go to work. 4 hour trip that I thought I’d be an hour at most. On the plus side, they did plug a sensor back in and get the oil changed.
My husband and I just went to Urse today and came home with a new to us car. We were met by Noah and Amanda. They were awesome. Then we met Pat and Deon and they were great as well. They all made us feel great and helped us get what we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone.
Have nothing but good things to say about Urse Dodge. They really work hard to get you the vehicle you want, even if it's not on their lot. I just purchased my 5th car from them. Ask for Jamie, he will work to get you your best deal.
We broke down and were towed to Urse Dodge. They were great! Ordered parts and got us fixed very quickly. We decided to rent a vehicle instead of waiting and they even provided us with a ride to Enterprise. Kudos to Lacey for driving us and Kelly for being so helpful and cheerful!
The so called “ Service “ department has had our truck on site, by APPOINTMENT since last Tuesday evening I’m at our house here in Bridgeport my husband works out of town. He has called DAILY to get any type of information on the truck. It’s to our understanding that not one person has even looked at nor diagnosed the issues in this amount of time. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! We would come pick it up & take it somewhere else if we could but we PAID to have it towed there it is unsafe to drive at this point. Again the appointment was LAST WEDNESDAY… & nothing but silence on the service department end. We had to cancel our appointment for our Jeep there on Monday due to the lack of service or progress on the truck. My husband over sees various construction projects in Ohio & West Virginia which means he lives on the road & in our 5th wheel… the truck IS our livelihood because it moved the 5th wheel from job to job. We are being greatly hindered by this lack of services & professionalism!! We have lived & worked all over the country in the last 25 yrs & have NEVER experienced such POOR SERVICES with a dealership service department These issues need to be resolved immediately
Will not honor warranty. Have a 2020 Jeep Compass that my son purchased used with 22,000 miles on it. Started making a clunk sound when accelerating. Called to have it checked out but since it wasn't purchased there they won't look at it even though it is still covered by factory bumper to bumper warranty. So in your best interest please stay away from this dealership. I have had similar issue in the past on another vehicle about 20 years ago. Seems they still don't care about custemer service. This will be copied to Jeep headquarters.
My experience with Urse DCJR was a pleasure from start to finish. Everyone I worked with during this process, Jamie Markley, Amanda Sprouse, Austin Hamrick and Sierra Everson, were professional and so helpful with walking me through each step. Before I left, they made sure all my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend them for your next vehicle purchase.
I made an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I sat for almost three hours waiting because normally it takes like an hour. They told me they weren’t busy today so it shouldnt take long. After sitting there for an hour they said it’s done just have to take it for a test drive. He was on the test drive for 30 minutes.
