I’ve been coming here for a while now. The counter people are super nice. The rest…. We’ll USPS is my last choice with any packages. They lie and pass the buck with the worst of them. I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name incorrectly and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing
Today I had a appointment here and I was attended by a very disrespectful women named lourdes she was screaming at us because we were late when she could politely tell us that we were late. Not coming again!!
Needed 3 kid passports. Still sitting in the parking lot. LOURDES was FANTASTIC! So kind, helpful, and answered all of our questions. After weeks of going to post offices and “private” companies and getting awful employees or being turned away, Lourdes took care of my family and had 3 passports ready to go in 40 minutes! Highly recommend! GIVE LOURDES A RAISE!!!
Moncy was great! Happy, nice, helpful, and polite. We had a pleasant experience with him. He is the only reason I would go back to this location. And he is the only one I would want to have help me!
Made an appointment for passport services on Thursday for that Saturday. On Saturday at 750a they called and left a voicemail saying that the passport person only works Monday through Friday. They could have called so I could make other plans. Also why does the website allow you to make an appointment if the services are not available?! USPS is useless.
Such a warm friendly post office crew... Moncy treated me like family and made my package sending smooth fast and with no problems unlike the one in Mahwah... thank you for taking care of me and my package
Bills arrives after due date. Sale flyers arrive after expired. Called many times and no one answers phones. They don't even have an answering service. The phone just rings continuously. How on professional.
