Thanks Carlos and Lisa! I had a great experience visiting this USPS location on an inclement day. Lines were short and service prompt. Lisa and Carlos both assisted me with shipping out my parcels and letters while providing friendly conversation--both with me and between themselves. Complications were addressed quickly and efficiently. The staff seemed very supportive of each other's well-being and this made me feel like my shipments were in good hands. This location also sells a variety of boxes and tape. I occasionally grab a spool of packing tape when I'm running low. I've been sending shipments through this USPS for over ten years and never had a package misplaced or mishandled.

Worst post office EVER!!!! They are not organized and you can literally spend all day here!! The service is crap and super slow!!!! Omg I hate coming here!
These employee's give a damn must be busted as this is how they have started to leave out packages. I have filed a complaint with the post office inspector general but have not heard anything. No wonder people only use them for junk mail delivery.

I was standing in my driveway when the delivery man came up and put the mail in the mailbox. After he moved onto the next house, I went to retrieve the mail. When I opened the mail box there was a “sorry we missed you, reschedule your delivery or pick up” note in there. The mailman didn’t simply step out, and get me to sign for the package or even try and check if we were home, even though the garage door was open and there were 2 cars in our driveway, Ridiculous! Just moved here 2 weeks ago, and this was my first interaction with the post office in this town, it was NOT good!
Yesterday, for the third time, my out going mail was not picked up at my residential mailbox! I had the flag up and the two envelopes leaning inside! There is no excuse for not picking up my mail! The postperson left me my new mail but did not take my outgoing mail! I am very disappointed! A few weeks ago this happened. It did not go out for two days in a row! The first day the postal service person just drove by with the flag up, then the second day put my new mail in the box, like yesterday, but did not take my outgoing mail!! I count on them to help get my mail to the receiving address on time! We have always had great service up until recently! What is going on with USPS?!!!
I recently moved to the area and run a business that requires I send out allot of packages. The self serve option wasn't working for me Because they continued to lose my packages. I decided it was best to do it in person and request Receipt. Which I didn't have any problem with until yesterday. The lady behind the counter was very short and rude with me. I recommend the cocoa location the staff are allot more patient and the lines move pretty quickly.
Kept calling and the system just sent me to packages. I never once said anything. Then it went to agent?? I was not saying a thing. Absolutely terrible customer service,just called again followed all the prompts. Why was I told to go this website when it provided zero help...just the Corporate run around. Been here a month and still have not received any mail or even the key to a box. This affects my credit and life. Not good. Very very poor and Covid is an excuse. People do want to work but these companies don’t want to pay a fair wage hence all the door dash and instacart drivers. Sad. And this is a government funded office? Went again today. Still nothing, supervisor would not even come out to talk to me and now...I just lost a $80 jacket due to this Post Offices extremely poor service...should be no stars or let just go the other direction.
