Shannon, the woman who helped me, is by far the kindest, most efficient, most patient person I’ve ever met at a post office. She was the same with every other person in that line. Give Shannon a raise!
Always have friendly and good service. I was told by Stockbridge that they handle Rex’s mail. So does that mean that it leaves Rex and end up at Stockbridge? That is where I pick up my mail that I do a vacation stop.
I'm expecting mail I work from.home in my office by the door no one has come here and I het notification that package held at the post office per my request!! Smmfh
I love a post office being apart of business that needs shipping it’s always nice when I see one on a delivery route !!
Worst post office ever! When I walked in, there were three clerks behind the desks servicing customers, one being the Postmaster. I was asked if the package that I was holding was DHL, I responded yes. The postmaster gazed my way and I knew something hinkly was going on. Anyway, I stood in the long line with this heavy box. I reached the clerk, and he stated, "Oh, we don't process DHL packages." I looked at him and said that the lady at the end of the counter, his coworker said nothing to that effect. I left him and went directly to her. She said that she actually verbally told me that they do not process DHL packages, liar, she said nothing and conveniently, the Postmaster just walked away!!!! Horrible service, just horrible!!!! They also force you to fill out those stupid customer service satisfaction surveys.... I'm good! Y'all need to do better people!!! Pitifully sad!!!
I moved here a little over a year ago and was using the office at Wesley Chapel Road. The staff there were always friendly, professional and helpful. That office is just way to busy always. When I found the office in Rex, I was beyond happy and again have had nothing but positive experiences hands down with any of the staff at this location. Mr. Charles is primarily the one at the desk, he is always nice helpful, friendly and professional when I go in. They always get me in and out fairly quickly. I appreciate them even showing up for work in today's crazy climate. Because I have experienced a few locations since being here where the post office didn't even open on time because people don't want to work during the pandemic. No one is perfect, and people have bad days. You never know what someone is going through personally. You don't know what abuse that staff had to endure before you arrived. They work with different personalities and attitudes all day. Try approaching the desk with a smile, and simply ask how they are doing. You just might get a different result.

Honestly, I wouldn’t come here to resolve any issue because they act like they cannot answer any customer request when mail is under my name and shared P.O. Box with another person which we both came in to filled out papers to have my name under the P.O. Box. My mail keep being returned to sender without explanation and when I ask they said “ cannot explain until main P.O. Box holder is here”. CLEARLY, I am part of the P.O. Box if we both filled the paper and been approved to use the P.O. Box and the mail is under my name so what RIGHT do I have without answering my question. They are ridiculous here. Especially M. CHARLES! I’ve been ridiculously patient trying to get answers and he is always the person returning my packages. He is the only person at USPS that never tried to resolve problems. I have zero issues at other postal who print out receipt to show me issues. This location. Zero. I hope my comment and compliment gets read. After my issue get resolved I will no longer come to this postal office. Not like they care.
We just moved on this side of town and have several businesses. I personally encountered Charles about a month ago and he was soooo rude for absolutely no reason at all. Today my daughter experienced him and said that he was so nasty towards her. They need to do something about this. I absolutely HATE going to this Post Office. I hope that they read this.
It’s sad that we are still experiencing the same bad customer service from mr Charles as previous commenters have stated. He’s so rude and i think he only likes to deal with men. He’s so nice to the men. One day my husband went in to drop packages off for me and my husband said he joked with him....yeah, somethings off there. He also mad me pay for 4 address slips when he could’ve given them to me for free like the other lady did before. The next day i went in and saw him give another MAN FREE address slips. The ghetto!!!!
