If I could do this with no stars, I would. The carrier who delivers mail to Bayside Park doesn't care if you get your package or not. There's no dog in our yard, and everything is secure with cameras, but yet she's so lazy that she wants to say the package was undeliverable. This is the 3rd time that she has done this, so I think maybe it's time to find someone who will do their job properly.
Okay so... Why did you guys change the key on the PO Box? Trust me, the bill was paid for in advance so this is not a situation regarding delinquent billing. Furthermore, they avoid answering the phone. Call attempts are suddenly intercepted with a busy signal once the system transfers the caller to the front desk. A second, six-hour drive to the Post Office for this Group to fix the issue with the key, is not very convenient and is more or less considered a business trip. Thank God for taxation. All of the things one should keep in mind prior to selecting this office as the Company to be in Charge of your Business and Personal Mail. The bad news is, the service really does not get better by doing business with other Offices. Either accept this or pay higher prices for something more Privatized... Which is likely where we are headed next year. It in the end is not very effective to conduct business with the USPS because the ability to resolve issues that arise, has not been made a priority in their offices for quite some time. Yes... Imagine paying just to get treated like a number, or... Like you don't have a gripe at all. There are better services.
I was supposed to receive a package 2 days ago. It was out for delivery. Then all of a sudden it’s intercepted and no one can give me any answers as to why. Now it’s in Alabama? This is a time sensitive package for my daughter’s birthday party. I’m so confused.
My mail lady Stacie of the bay St. Louis office is outstanding. Her smile just lights up my day. She loves her job and making others feel good. I want her to be recognized for going above and beyond. I just moved here and she helped me with the change of address. She helped me understand how long it will take and she was very understanding of my mail concerns. I been having problems recieving my mail and it's mostly evertime I have a check in my mailbox and all the mail supervisor say is they will talk to the carrier and make sure they putting the mail in the right mailbox when the regular carrier is off. It's been two weeks and I had a check on informed delivery and I still haven't received it. Now today I have two checks that suppose to came and other mail and nothing's in my mailbox and other people said they got there mail for today.
I cannot even begin to explain how flabbergasted I am at the behavior of the employees at this post office the Saturday before Christmas... 10-12 is the most ridiculous hours for any business to have much less probably the busiest day the DESPERATE FOR CASH USPS will have all year.... Nevertheless, Shortly before closing the employees were shouting out loudly the minutes until closing. They employees then screamed to “LOCK THE DOORS!!! LOCK THE DOORS!!!” One lady desperate to send packages for her family for Christmas was literally kicked out of the building. And the employees were rushing family trying to wrap their boxes. They were so incredibly rude it has been eating at me all day. If I had other options I would NEVER use the USPS again! This is why they are going bankrupt because their employees are rude and hateful! I hope that the superiors see this and address it because multiple families are probably missing gifts or letters from their sweet granny who was screamed at by USPS employees today. SHAME SHAME SHAME on the employees of this post office.
Unbelievable! I have been waiting for my mail at my house for a week now and today I finally got a letter saying I need to fix my mailbox. Until then I won’t receive mail. I believe there is a word for that: EXTORTION. By the way there is nothing wrong with my mailbox, I just didn’t know I was suppose to put it on the opposite side of the street. A warning would have been nice. I will never spend another dime at the post office, this is disgusting behavior. Choose Fedex or UPS.
Our post office is great. The ladies that work here have been here for years, and they really know what they're doing. They'll even help you find the cheapest or free box. They're very friendly, even when the place is packed out.
I can't even begin to express the horrible experience i am dealing with right now. Long story short, they delivered my package to the wrong address a week ago. It is now 7 days later and they still have not received my package. Everyone that i talk to keeps saying they will resolve this problem the next day but i see that it is just smoke. I do not understand how a government fun place can act like this and still be operating. Im am very close to filling a police report on them and on the address that the package was delivered to.
Avoid at all possible. I am a local business owner. So when I need thing for my business it has to go through the usps mail system. For 3 months they have not delivered my mail I have on the package stating we don't open till noon. The we also have a mail box and package spot. They come up with reason why they didn't deliver my mail. Then when I go up there they are rude. There are alot of problems with this usps. Avoid it at all possible.
