My packages are not being scanned. They put my packages to the side and said they would scan them later. I scanned packages yesterday at 11am using the kiosk. My packages show that the USPS office is still awaiting my packages. Why aren't they doing their job? I have a same day shipping handling time. I sell on eBay and I will be receiving defects on my account because they are not doing their jobs at the post office. Unacceptable performance and their attitudes are unacceptable for any job at any place. They need to be held accountable for their lack of motivation and production. AVOID THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL COSTS.
Recently I visited this location to mail couple of prepaid packages. The receptionist refused to accept those at counter and keep pushing me to go to kiosk. There was no one behind me in line. He can easily serve me in less time then he spend just to convince me to go to self service kiosk. I left that location went to Garland post office and out in 5 minutes fully satisfied. Counter staff at Rowlett post office is unfriendly and rude. I wish I could rate them 0 star.
The window says they do pickup from 10-12 on Saturdays I rung the 3 times in a span of 10 minutes you can hear them I'm the background but yet they don't come to the door In addition the counter support is just as rude.I can say this location is very consistent in their failed customer service and bad attitudes. So it seems to be the culture here. This post office needs a overhaul from the ground up.
For 10 days now I have not received one piece of mail ... I have lived at the same address for 22 years ... When i called Rowlett office, no one answered, when i showed up at the office, and asked about it, he would not look into it! My VA medicines are being sent back to them. they are always delivering to the wrong address, I live in duplex B, not A ... You think they could tell the difference?
Post office in Rowlett - I went in to drop a prepaid label off to send it back and ask the gentleman to scan it to show that I dropped it off. The gentleman redirected me to the self service and says I could do the same thing that he was going to do. Nevertheless, after explaining it to me twice, I still didn’t understand, but I walked away and went to the self service. When I was at the self service, I heard him and the customer behind me talking and laughing at me very humiliating. I would say to both of them have a little compassion instead of laughing at me why don’t you try helping me. February 10, 2003, 10:25 AM.
I can definitely see why this location has 1.6 stars. Customer service is less than nothing. I was refused a receipt for packages being dropped off and was told to use the kiosk. Unfortunately the kiosk wasn't working. Don't waste your time coming here for service.
Why is this the only post office that doesn’t give receipts when you drop off large packages for business purposes. They always tell me they do not give them out. but why not? What’s the reasons behind me not having proof that I dropped my packages off at this location? Someone please explain?
Glenn bell is a rude person they claim they deliver my package at this morning when they didn’t! And I asked him why was that he literally looked at me said were not delivering it and started to close the door! One of the rudest people when I asked to talk to the manager he said he was I can’t believe that! He is rude entitled and just a complete nuisance! This place needs a reality check if just cuz you don’t want to deliver ur jobs and deliver a package don’t make it right! Why would you get a package you can’t deliver! They are just lazy rude people that work at this place!! Will make sure they get written up

I’ve heard rough things, and now I’ve seen it. I wanted to send a package but didn’t have tape with me. The lady wouldn’t put one piece of tape on it. She said I need to buy a whole roll for $3.99. I am NOT paying $3.99 for one piece of tape, I’m sorry. The lady who worked there was extremely rude, and even said “Why does this keep happening to me today?” Probably because you’re RUDE. I told her I would take my package back and Rockwall Post Office would tape my box for me. She gave me a dirty look and told me she’d just put the label over the top. I told her no, it needs to be taped. She glared at me again. I told her just to give my package back. Horrible service here. Not coming back.
