I recently visited this large post office, and I must say it left a lasting impression on me. The first thing that struck me upon entering was the abundance of space. Unlike cramped and congested post offices I've encountered in the past, this one offered ample room to move around comfortably. From purchasing postage to printing shipping labels, I found the self-service options to be incredibly convenient. It saved me time, as I didn't have to wait in line for a staff member to assist me with simple tasks.  Speaking of staff, while I didn't interact with them extensively during my visit, the employees I encountered were courteous and helpful. They seemed knowledgeable about their respective roles and were readily available to provide assistance when needed.  The layout of the post office was well-designed, with clear signage and labeled sections for different services. This organization made it easy for customers to navigate the premises and find what they were looking for without confusion or frustration. I appreciated the attention to detail in creating a user-friendly environment.  Moreover, the overall atmosphere of the post office was clean and well-maintained. The cleanliness added to the pleasant experience, making it a comfortable place to conduct business. The presence of seating areas and designated spaces for package preparation further enhanced the convenience factor.  In conclusion, I highly recommend this large post office to anyone in need of postal services. I go to this post office often. I feel like they do the best they can but they are under staffed. The lines are often long. They've recently started locking up the dropboxes after hours so you have to park and go inside which is kind of a pain. I prefer to have an actual person help me versus the automated machine. I feel like I get charged more using the machine.

One of my favorite post offices in orange county. They always ship out my sales quickly. Ans recently dealing with wedding invites they were the most understanding and helpful in regards to packaging. They allowed me to by single Stamps and just made the process super easy.

Inconsistent, for 28 years mostly great, new carrier is an upgrade. Recently under staffed, no concern for theft, mailed a package with a knitted hat I made and had it returned for postage. Not sure what is changing but does not seem to be for the better.

Very bad experience when I picked up my package, the lady was stubborn that I would give her a drive license but my license did not have the address of the package because I changed my address and the lady did not want to give me the package, it is worth mentioning that I ordered the package from Amazon and I also showed her the account.

Awful.  Terrible service. super unhelpful.  I was just there to pick up a package.   No special requests nothing.  I've been standing here for going on 12 minutes and still no package. Aaaand cool the tracking says it's here but they've lost it.   Use FedEx people

I have an Etsy store and ship 20-30 packages a week at this post office. I made a stupid mistake and forgot to put a shipping label on one of my packages when I dropped it off, and didn't realize until the next day. I figured I would just eat the loss and move on, but the package showed back up in my home mailbox a couple days later!  USPS staff went the extra mile to recognize my packaging, pull my return address off another package, and ship it back to me. Most people would have just thrown it out so I really appreciate them doing this for me. Happy to have this location as my neighborhood post office!

Please re-open your drive through mail boxes!

Always busy but that's not a bad thing. Super friendly super knowledgeable people. Once I was helped 15 seconds later I was walking away happy. Cost me zero dollars. Cant beat that.

One star is a very high score for the USPS service in Tustin, CA..  They threw away all my mail while I was on vacation. The employees lost a few of my letters they were probably put it in another PO Box, I never found out what happened because no one could explain. If you want pick up the package after 5 PM many times it is left inside the office without any note. You will not be able to pick up your package because the USPS does not provide this type of service, even their employees are working behind the doors until 8PM including supervisors.  The older oriental lady who is the supervisor at 340 E 1st. street, Tustin, CA, 92781 is a very rude without manners. To every question asked by the customer, she starts arguing, explaining very loudly in a language that only she understands. Because of employees like her, USPS has a very bad reputation at this location. Awful!
