Awful. Terrible service. super unhelpful. I was just there to pick up a package. No special requests nothing. I've been standing here for going on 12 minutes and still no package. Aaaand cool the tracking says it's here but they've lost it. Use FedEx people
For kid’s new passport! Fast and easy! Received it already and still wait for the original birth certificate.
I have an Etsy store and ship 20-30 packages a week at this post office. I made a stupid mistake and forgot to put a shipping label on one of my packages when I dropped it off, and didn't realize until the next day. I figured I would just eat the loss and move on, but the package showed back up in my home mailbox a couple days later! USPS staff went the extra mile to recognize my packaging, pull my return address off another package, and ship it back to me. Most people would have just thrown it out so I really appreciate them doing this for me. Happy to have this location as my neighborhood post office!
The staff go the extra mile; they're helpful and very hard working.
One star is a very high score for the USPS service in Tustin, CA.. They threw away all my mail while I was on vacation. The employees lost a few of my letters they were probably put it in another PO Box, I never found out what happened because no one could explain. If you want pick up the package after 5 PM many times it is left inside the office without any note. You will not be able to pick up your package because the USPS does not provide this type of service, even their employees are working behind the doors until 8PM including supervisors. The older oriental lady who is the supervisor at 340 E 1st. street, Tustin, CA, 92781 is a very rude without manners. To every question asked by the customer, she starts arguing, explaining very loudly in a language that only she understands. Because of employees like her, USPS has a very bad reputation at this location. Awful!
Always busy but that's not a bad thing. Super friendly super knowledgeable people. Once I was helped 15 seconds later I was walking away happy. Cost me zero dollars. Cant beat that.
I paid $ 40 to have a POBox and have my mail forwarded from my old address. My mail was STILL sent to my former address so I have lost important papers and have to redo everything; paid twice important fees. So new customer be sure you are getting you mail. Moreover ONE CANNOT DO ANYTHING against the PO. If the employees do not do their work... It is your own fault... it appears. If you need help: DO NOT ASK them because they WILL NOT help you. If I could give 0 starts I would.
I usually don’t like leaving reviews like this one but I feel like the one thing you should be able to count on is your mail being delivered. I was expecting a package and the tracking status said “delivered in mailbox” but it wasn’t there. I spoke to the mailman who called the office and found out that he was in a different location when he scanned my package so it was delivered to someone else. I opened a search request but they couldn’t find it.. exactly a week later, the mailman lost a second package, which was also delivered to someone else. Now, I have to hold all my packages in the post office so that I can pick them up in person.. what’s the point of having mail service then?
Service is terrible and Thursday was no exception. There was only one clerk waiting on customers while the second was servicing a family of four applying for passports--so there were six people ahead of me in line. As usual at least two other clerks would come from the backroom, look around and head back to the backroom without saying a word....occasionally they would ask if anyone had a package to drop off or pickup. I waited in line for 25 minutes Thursday just to purchase "Love" stamps---but upon finally reaching the counter to make my "Love" stamp request the clerk immediately shot back...."No got Love stamps". I expressed my frustration and finally the passport clerk looked over and said, "We just got a shipment of new stamps we have been awaiting.....I will check". She returned with a large box with bundles of shrink wrapped stamps. I stood in front of her for another 15 minutes while she took all these stamp bundles into inventory with her wand scanner and finally sold me my six sheets of "Love" stamps....what a fiasco.
What's the point to put up a phone number that cannot be dialed through??? I put in 10 packages in the drop box on Sunday night, and none was scanned on Monday. it;s really a nightmare for online sellers who lives off prompt shipping. This place is awful!! Avoid at all cost if you don't want to ruin your eBay seller rating.
