The STUNNING level of incompetence at this location is an embarrassing example of USPS repeated failures! 3 separate times we have completed address change forms. THREE TIMES! Not a single piece of mail has been forwarded; now they want me to go back with new forms. Keep my mail!!
I had a serious problem with mail forwarding that began in January 2023, properly addressed mail was returned to sender 4 months in a row. I attempted to call this post office over 15 times in 4 months. No one EVER answered that phone! When I returned I discussed the problem with a USPS employee who said the phone has been out for months and there was nobody to investigate it because they were short of help! Really? Had this been a restaurant or other commercial business, I bet someone would have fixed it in one day. One unpaid bill resulted in a fine of $125 and nearly caused the start of the collection process--which would have affected my credit rating! You represent thousands of customers--who apparently you don't care much about. Fix the phone!!!!!
Do NOT use the self service machines to purchase stamps. They will print ridiculous QR codes instead there's no way to stop the printing once you realize this!. After waiting 10 minutes for these printings that I don't want, waited in line to exchange them for real stamps. They wouldn't let me. Now I'm stuck with 40 of these ridiculous things that I would never put on a greeting card. I'm just going to start FedExing everything at this point.
Everyone is very friendly. ANN at the passport desk is AMAZING, super kind, friendly and makes sure to tell you what to expect. If you already bring your photos, copies and originals of your ID, Birth certificate and you have the $130 money order or check the process takes less than 10 min. Thank you Ann, you are a rockstar.
horrible post office, very unreliable. they lose 1/4 of my packages. very unprofessional and sloppy people working here and absolutely terribly managed. they're lazy and they've lied about delivering a package multiple times
They had a package we needed 2 minutes from our house after the package was in Colorado for 15 days doing who knows what and then they sent it all the way to Phoenix where it was sent from. Oh and "they don't know why." But the day it was here and we kept calling even to pick it up from them ourselves they kept hanging up. Use FEDEX. Never USPS.
PLEASE FIX YOUR AFTER HOURS DROP BOX!!!! SO ANNOYING WHEN IT IS STUCK!!!!! MY ONLINE BUSINESS ARE SEVERELY EFFECTED!!!Super nice workers!!!! I get there 20 min prior to opening to be first in line. I wouldn't recommend goin on a Monday or a Friday those are their busiest DAYS
HORRIBLE SUPERVISOR. After reading other reviews. I'm glad to see that I am not the only one to find the supervisor here to be rude and unprofessional. I'm assuming it is the woman always wearing a tight dress, strutting around. This is a post office, not a night club. Your customer skills have a lot of room for improvement. You were rude and abupt. Please lose the chip on your shoulder, Miss Supervisor-in -the -unflatttering-tight-dress. Just gross. Not impressed. Post office is so understaffed, that they cannot get anyone better.
Go to FedEx or UPS if you want guaranteed shipping times. I paid extra for the "international express" 3-5 business days. It got there 10 business days later. You guessed it...No refunds. Lesson learned. Let my pain be your gain. FedEx or UPS.
We've been coming to this location ever since it opened and have always had a great experience. Most recently, we had to come in to pick up mail because our boxes were being remodeled. Both times, the employees were quick and friendly. For those who are misinformed about the USPS, it might be helpful for you to know that the Postal Service generally receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations. So, if you would like to see more people working, start spending your money!
