Multiple times, I've put mail in the box to be mailed, with the flag up, and it is left in my box with the flag put down. I place it so it's so obvious to see. Also they complain when they have to carry a package up the driveway. I don't care. It's your job. You chose it. If you don't like it, quit. There are tons of people needing work that will do it properly. The 5 star reviews are people that never had GOOD customer service. So they don't know what it even is.
Not sure what's been going on with the mail carriers and the attitude at the office. Had certified mail sent to my home and they did not bother to make an attempt to knock on my door when someone was home waiting for said mail. Also have a mail slot in my door and have found my mail outside my door on the porch. Lazy workers and the lady at the post office doesn't seem interested in correcting any issues. I will be contacting a higher official to correct the spring grove office. I get better service through FedEx, UPS, and amazon. I would hate to have something overnighted and to have the USPS screw it up because they dont seem to take pride in their work. I will be sure to try to have any packages sent through other means of transport until the issue is resolved or new staff that actually want to do their job take over!
I would give no star if I could, my packages are constantly being left out in the rain. Just had another delivered in the pouring down rain and next to my trash cans really? Clothes I ordered are soaked and they were bagged so the driver could very well see they were clothes and the clear bag was also torn. I have a front covered porch my house is right on the road so it’s not more then 15 feet to porch. I’m getting very upset with this. They can’t open a gate. And gate is left open when we get a delivery date so no reason to ruin our purchases in the weather. LAZY THATS ALL IT IS
Love the package not delivered due to block driveway or sidewalk excuse. Must be nice not to do your job then lie and still have a job. Driveway and property were clear.
They do a great job delivering my mail and packages and are very nice they truly go above and beyond
We miss you Annie at Emigsville, PA sorry we never got to say goodbye. John and you made a great team. I hope all is well at Spring Grove, PA. If I get up there I will have to stop in to say Hi. Take care and I appreciate all your great service you have given me at Emigsville, PA.
Incompetence is only matched by their unwillingness to take responsibility for their admitted errors and by their nonexistent customer service. Never have I been treated so poorly even after they admitted they were in the wrong. UPS and FedEx have a new customer.
I LOVE this post office! It’s never crowded. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s my favorite post office ever!
