Valley Family Dentistry

Probably the best dental care office I’ve ever been to. From start to finish, this was a pleasant and comfortable experience. It started with an outstandingly friendly receptionist who was very sweet and patient in explaining what forms needed to be filled out. I had to wait a little longer 20 minutes max.! for the hygienist since they were very busy that morning. It was no big deal to me at all but the receptionist apologized for the wait twice and so did the hygienist. Again, not their fault and no big deal but very considerate. Karen did a wonderful job on the teeth cleaning it had been a while for me!. We had the most pleasant chat throughout and she gave me tons of breaks in the process. Dr. Lynch did the final checkup and was nothing but nice, professional and efficient. Very bummed that I’ll be leaving Roanoke soon and might have to find a new dentist : 10/10 for this practice.

I am very thankful for a dentist who does such a great job of making me, who has great anxiety about getting dental work done, comfortable and relaxed while I’m there. He talks me through it and listens to my concerns. There is a great hygiene staff as well. Nita does a great job assisting and keeping me calm and informed. 5 stars for sure!

My recent visit to Valley Family Dentistry was very good as usual! Dr. Farr and her dental assistant were excellent! They were both very professional and friendly and helped put me at ease during my crown procedure. I’ll miss Dr. Dickey, but I look forward to having Dr. Farr as my dental care provider.

I have been going to Valley Family Dentistry for almost 20 years. I have always been pleased with their professionalism and excellent care. The office is clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly and does a great job. Dr. Singleton is excellent - very thorough and never rushed. Recommend!

I have never had a bad experience at this office. I like when I come in Susan greets me by name. Dr Lynch always explains what he is doing and explains my options. Love the assistant I had yesterday. Very personable and kind. Such a sweet lady.

I have been going to Valley Family Dentistry for at least five years and have always been very satisfied with the scheduling process, staff and dentists I see Dr. Lynch. Everyone is very friendly, thorough and professional. It is about a 45 minute trip to the office but it is worth it. I would recommend this practice.

Valley Family Dentistry is hands down the very best! I have been going there for well over 30 years! You will not find a better place to take care of all your needs. And just so you know my biggest fear is going to the dentist, but everywhere makes it so comfortable that all your fears are taken care of. Thanks to everyone there!

My experience with Valley Family Dentistry has been amazing. Everyone is welcoming and very nice. I have health issues that were easily accommodated making my life easier and my stress level low. No pain. They manage any possible pain very well. Great place. I highly recommend.

Dr. Lynch is kind, professional and gentle. I had to have an old filling removed and new one put in... he had it done quickly, no pain and explained what he was doing. His hygienists and assistants are so friendly and knowledgeable! The office staff is amazing as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The care and attention to detail are greatly appreciated. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the facility is clean and modern. The hygienists and dentists are exceptional and do a great job thoroughly explaining what they're going to do and why they're going to do it. Roanoke's best!
