Valley health group has changed so much UNFORTUNATELY FOR THE WORSE. I’ve been going there for over 5 years seeing dr. Fallon. She left the practice back in March, by the way I was never notified. The last time I was there they billed my insurance twice in one day so my insurance only paid one visit. I’ve been trying to clear this up since. Several office manager have come and gone and they still have not corrected this. Now two weeks ago I went to see dr sobel, I called the office because I was not feeling better after finishing the medication, a week went by and they called today to see why I called which means no one noted my first call. DON’T GO TO THIS GROUP, ITS A TERRIBLE MEDICAL GROUP.. I’ll be looking for a new place
I've been a patient here for several years and have no complaints. Amanda is great -- she is very caring, knowledgable, and personable. The staff here are wonderful too.
If I could give a negative rating I would. Arrived on time for my appointment at 9am. Waited till 9:45 , had to ask when I would be brought into the room. The secretary stated “ ooops we forgot we are bring you in now. 945-1030 no one come in to even check my BP no less a physician- 1033am speak with Tara - Charge nurse who states we are seeing you as a courtesy wait your turn. Unbelievable- so now 2 hours later the doctor comes on with the wrong chart and wrong patient!! Do not come to this Medical group. The Board of Health and the state should take their license away!!
Have an appointment that I waited all day for - 6pm. To mt surprise they're taking walk-ins before appointments. What good is an appointment? I'm now 35 minutes into sitting and waiting to be seen. Ugh
Great place to be seen without an appointment but scheduled appointments are seen late. I was seen 20 min after my scheduled appointment time. Then some correction needed to be done before the doctor could see me but the lady up front didn’t make it her priority to make appropriate corrections quickly so I waited another 15-20 min. This kind of wait and service is not acceptable. Unless I really have to, I will not be back.
I have been with Valley in Montvale for a long time and I appreciate the doctors and staff for prompt and caring service
Visited Saturday regarding discomfort in the rib cage. Dr. Ajemian had a very calm manner, was thorough, and explained his diagnosis in easy to understand terms. I was impressed with the doctor, and his assistant. This was my first visit and I will be back. Very pleasant office. Today the appointment was easy to make. A summary of my visit was emailed a short time later. V V
I have been there a couple of times and never had to wait more than 10 minute. I think that is because I went early in the morning before they get busy,. I did wait 4 days for the Doctor to call me back with blood test results which would have helped me control my shingle diagnosis earlier and get started on the right medicine.
This place is a waste of your time. The staff is incredibly rude!! One of the staff member, Brenda Kerr, extremely disrespectful and nasty attitude. The front desk people weren’t helping me with what I was asking for and then seeing the medical provider Amanda, she’s more rude than Brenda!! This place is a mess! Poor staff discipline!!
Flonase is too expensive. Probably could have given me something that my hard earned health insurance would cover but no cares were given. All in all not a bad experience though.
