This is a great place and an easy trip for the family. Get here by 10:30 AM, especially during the weekends and summer, because it will get full and you’ll be turned away. $5 is all it cost for a car to enter. The sanded beach area may be small but there are tons of shade spots and picnic tables to make a home base.
I loved it here! It’s nice to visit with your family and friends, to celebrate a Birthday, or Anniversaries because there are lots of picnic tables with grills to do barbecue. Bathroom available, is clean. Water was cold and wavy, not my favorite.
Beautiful place. There are a couple of picnic areas, grill areas, kids playground, restrooms, etc. You can bring your swimsuit due there is a small beach area as well There is a 5 USD charge per car to get into the park.
Amazing place.. love to visit again and again. There is artificial beach. Where you can sit and your child can play in lake. Also there is boundary after 10 ft. So no need to worry. Also amazing scenic beauty. Near beach white sand play area. 5$ parking fees. You can spend whole day of you bring your own food. Advisable to bring food as we did. After playing in the water you will feel hungry ;- near by rest room. Also car can park near to beach so elders can enjoy. If you like my review pl follw n like it.. thanks
Great park, own private section of beach. Friendly hosts. We were at site 24 Steep slope to the beach only concern.
This is another place that we as a family enjoy going to. The lake isn’t too crowded when we go unless it is a holiday such as Memorial Day. There are small trails, but the main reason we go is for get togethers for barbecues and swimming at the lake. There is a little playground for the kids as well as a great place for boating whether with a motor or not.
Very nice park! Came to kayak and SUP. They have a little kayak launch area. We had a picnic. There was a swimming beach area too!
We enjoyed spending a morning at this great park on beautiful Lake Lanier. Lots of parking. Many areas with picnic tables and grills located under shady trees with water views. 1 large and 1 small pavillion available for rentals. Boat ramp with truck and trailer parking. Paved trails along street to walk with strollers. Nice playground and swimming area for the kids. Park was clean and had plenty of garbage cans.
Love the clean clear waters! Loved the place first time we went! Beautiful!
We stayed at a picnic area in a private little nook and it was great.
