James has been the reason I keep going back to the store verses ordering online. Now you are closing and I will miss my bi-weekly visits to VaporFi. James makes everyone feel like his personal friend not just a customer. I have truly enjoyed every single visit to get my vape supplies. I wish everyone the very best at their next endeavor especially James.
For the first time in a long time customer service means something. I was the center of attention, what I had to say mattered, my questions were answered and I walked out knowing more than when I walked in. Knowledgeable, customer focused and extremely courtesy. I will not waste my time at other vape stores, this is the go to shop!
Stopped buying online due to poor customer service. I came in here and Sasha and Brian immediately gave ne superb customer service. Good advice and excellent deals and will go back strictly bc of them. Both were very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. Great Employees
It was great how they allow you to try the different flavors to see which one you like, and the taste of the oil was great compared to others that I have sampled at different places. My only complaint is that the oil is very watery, and for the extremely over priced bottle of $15.00, it does not last as long as it should and burned up very quickly. Within half the time that the other ones do. Mine only lasted for one week, when the others usually last me two weeks. So it ends up becoming very costly. If you have that kind of money to spend, then I would say to get your oil from here... Very over priced.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased the Rebel II and was completely dissatisfied after one day. This location is MONEY HUNGRY AND UPSELLS CUSTOMERS WITHOUT MENTIONING NO REFUND POLICY. Nowhere was I told that the website is not linked to the location even though it is VaporFi. Prior to visiting store I visit the website. The website is corporate and locations have nothing to do with the website. NO WHERE WAS THAT MADE VERY CLEAR. They do not tell you the refund policy for the location. Location has a completely different refund policy from the website which is Corporate. I guess I need to read the minds of the store associates. I go to the store and the Store Manager tells me "no refunds" opposite from what the website guarantees. In other words Corporate states the following: "30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. We want you to love our products. We want you to be crazy about them. We want them to make your day-to-day vaping so exciting you’ll be blown away consistently. And because of this, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on items purchased through this website in the sad event that you’re not thrilled. Your satisfaction is what we’re aiming for, so if we can help get you there, let us know what we can do. Otherwise, if you’re not satisfied with our awesome products, you are free to return them for a full refund of the purchase price." I tried to return the merchandise and they tell me the OPPOSITE REFUND POLICY THEN WHAT IS STATED IN WEBSITE - NO REFUNDS. So after they send me a receipt via email, after I swipe my credit card, and after I make a purchase, and when I am returning the merchandise the next day I am informed of the NO RETURN POLICY. STORE REFUSES MY FULL REFUND. The store at time of attempting to return EXPLAINS TO ME VERBALLY AND SHOWS ME A NO REFUND POLICY the SIZE of a POSTCARD FINE PRINT. I explained to the Manager that no one AT THE STORE INFORMED ME THAT THE VAPORFI WEBSITE IS NOT PART OF LOCAL STORES. I further explained to the Manager that NO REFUND policy was not explained, and the policy is on a postcard. Very dissatisfied with product. LOST MY MONEY. I would give Zero stars if I could.
These guys are great! 2yrs ago, I walked into this store knowing nothing about e-cig vapor products. 45min later, I walked out with a sweet vape set-up that I'm still using and have not picked up a normal 'analog' cigarette since. Thanks for helping me to kick a 20yr habit that was killing me slowly 1 cigarette at a time......
Horrible staff and not helpful at all. The only thing the gentleman behind the counter wanted to do was blow big cloud. This guy did not have a clue. He seemed new or just clueless. He was arguing with all the customers in the store at the time.
Moved to Florida this summer, and searched high and low for a good vape shop in Fort Lauderdale area. VaporFi is by far the best. Unlike the little vape dives around town, VaporFi is a strong and established company. Their vape juice is of the highest quality with none of the dangerous additives some places allow in their juices. They also have almost any flavor you can think of. On top of all that, their prices were the some of the best I’ve found. I can’t recommend them enough. I’m so glad they have a location near me! Yay!
My only vapor place .. staff is the absolute best .. liquid doesn't have all kind of ingredients which makes me feel safe .. and a ridiculous amounts of flavors that you can mix and match .. I wouldn't go to or trust any other vape store
