I had a great experience working with Nicole Harvey the designer. The furniture arrived in perfect condition and the delivery technicians were absolutely amazing.
Went to browse for new mattress and was introduced to sales associate Ely May he was excellent. He took the time to explain the different models and what each offers. He was extremely kind and passionate in his field as a sales rep. He made this shopping trip very easy and non stressful as shopping for furniture can be! Thank you Ely for everything.
Remodeling and purchased an entire new look for living room and additional bar chairs. Eli let me look around without the feeling of someone looking over my shoulder until I was ready to make my choices without any pressure. He even let me come back a day later and change some initial pieces I had purchased with different ones with no hassle. The overall experience was exactly how I wanted it to be: efficient, helpful and surprisingly simple given the handheld computer systems they now have versus the old standard of POS systems which were burdensome and timely. Given I spent around $7K, it is definitely worth noting I will return to Eli and City Furniture for my future home needs. Outstanding job!!
We ordered from City Furniture in the past and needed three bar stools with delivery for a future date. The salesperson and manager were super helpful and were able to accommodate delivery for a month later. Prices are reasonable and the furniture is attractive. We always get compliments on the furniture and are asked where we purchased it.
My family and I visited City Furniture over the weekend. We were looking for a new couch and bedroom set. There were so many options to choose from. Luckily our sale associate asked all the right questions and was able to show us some great options based on what we told her. While we finalized all the paperwork our kids enjoyed the freshly made cookies at the café. It was an all-around great experience.
Beautiful and nice furniture. Very attentive and professional staff. I was very well assisted every time I went to the store. The manager Eline was very flexible to my requests, I’m very satisfied, thanks!

I rarely write reviews, but City Furniture team definitely helped this review see the light of the day. I hope you’ll find it useful when making a buying decision! I had such a terrible experience with delivery, customer care and the sales reps. Long story short - I ordered my sleeper sofa in the store in Oakland park with David. This part of the process went smooth - of course it will - they are earning commission so they’ll ensure that everything goes well. However, everything else after was disappointing, frustrating and inconvenient. 1. Delivery: quoted from 9am - 3:30pm initially on Satday that works best for me because I am not working. The day before delivery time changes from 2:30pm -5:30pm. My community doesn’t allow deliveries after 3pm, but City Furniture should have had that information because they collaborate with the communities -at least that is what I was told when buying. Sales Rep David: sweet- tried to help, but made things worse. After I left him a voicemail about the issue with delivery times, he decided on my behalf to cancel my delivery without even asking if I am ok with that. I don’t think he even tried to check if an earlier time slot for delivery was available or asked his management to help and avoid customer dissatisfaction, but simply decided to cancel the delivery. David hopefully you can learn from your mistakes and make it right by the client next time and let them decide for themselves! Customer service: Not helpful, didn’t even try find a way to deliver the item faster or offer any discount for the inconvenience. Thanks Assy for being “so good” at customer care, true example of how supervisor handles customers. Store Manager Mike: professional, understanding and good listener. However, to make things better he suggested that I can go and pick up the item myself- cause you know that will make my experience so much more pleasurable and it will make me stay loyal City Furniture customer. Not the best way to handle an unhappy customer Mike, but I know we all have brilliant ideas sometimes. The outcome: beyond frustrated customer that needs to wait another week to get an item delivered just because the City team is not able to get their act together. Worst experience ever!
Rebecca McKenzie was AMAZING!!! She was very knowledgeable and knew how to help us, but was not pushy to make a sale and wanted to make sure she was giving me my best options, time to think about my purchase, and understanding of my choices to take the night to think about my purchase! Made my experience incredible and would recommend to everyone!
I called your Florida location to find out if a certain dining set was available because when I visited the store it wasn't. A young associate by the name of Dylan answered the phone and was able to assist me from start to finish. Very pleasant and accommodating. Thanks Dylan I appreciate your service.
