Fantastic experience! Pierce was very helpful and knowledgeable. We would not have bought so many pieces without his advice. The fourniture is high quality and beautiful. Definitely try this place for your patio furniture needs.
I purchased a full sitting area from Your Patio Store including a coffee and side tables. The sales personnel were very helpful taking note of what I wanted and answering all my questions of the products they had available and showing me their displays. I ended up buying a showroom display and ordered some additional pieces which were delivered and set up for us professionally. My experience with the personnel the organization was first rate.
Do not shop here. This store is absolutely overpriced and provides no flexibility even when they cannot ship on the timeline promised. It is a total scam. Edited to add that the store's response to my initial post is entirely inaccurate. In previous communication with the store we were told delivery could not be guaranteed by previously-agreed upon date in early July and the store employee only changed her mind about when it could be delivered once we relayed that we would want to cancel the order. And that is also when the employee claimed the furniture had already been completed, despite them previously having said that it would not be completed until July 3. Store hides the ball and I would not shop here again.
You ever shop at a place that is super helpful when you’re buying, but then after you buy they turn into totally different people? Also, you can find something of similar quality for a much better price elsewhere. Feels very scammy. Avoid.
I happened to find Your Patio Store by accident. We needed new outdoor furniture. And I have been looking to replace my long-gone pool bed for years with no luck. After research and measuring, and much discussions, I placed my order in the middle of the Pandemic, knowing that it would be months before it would be delivered. But honestly, it takes months to get anything during a pandemic. The staff there were so helpful. And as my daughter’s wedding was approaching, they began to do everything they could to ensure that our furniture would be delivered before the event. Ivetta was amazing. I was always treated with great kindness and respect. And the furniture was delivered, very professionally assembled and installed. I couldn’t be more thrilled. Wonderful People to work with. As with everything these days, patience and kindness is required from all of us. But I can tell you for certain: Good things come to those who wait. Thank you so very much. I’m trying to add a picture. It is beautiful!! Even better than I imagined.
Iveta and her team went above and beyond! I broke a table in transit and they replaced it immediately at no charge. I highly recommend this store which has beautiful furniture.
Recently located from Miami to Fort Lauderdale. This patio store has the perfect pieces! Long story short, lol... I needed patio chairs and outdoor accessories for my balcony in Flagler Village. I had an unsuccessful experience at Target. Which is super rare. But, everything looked so ordinary; more like ‘picnic’ or ‘BBQ’ chairs and tables. Fortunately, on my way home, I stumbled upon “Your Patio Store!” I went inside to look. I found the showroom amazingly clean, new, lots of options for outdoor fun. I found exactly what I needed, right away. And yep...easy on my Louis. Note: The customer service is awesome and definitely mindful about my small apartment outdoor space. The owner. Jim Levine gave me a personal tour, sat with me down and discussed what it was I was trying to accomplish with my outdoor living patio. Mr. Levine was super cool! Like a guy that really knows his patio game and not so “extra” either. Lol. Ended up purchasing modern affordable patio pieces: a recliner, a canopy and an outdoor bed. Very happy with this furniture . We order it for all our vacation rental properties: It has been a couple of years since we got this one and it still looks like new . Definitely will be using this company for all our future projects
As a designer, I am always looking for new vendors and I am so happy to have come across Your Patio Store. Their prices are much more reasonable than my other vendors but the quality is equal or even better! They have many different fabrics and finishes to choose from. Their selection of furniture is very trendy and in demand, rope, sling and IPE. Delivery was easy and efficient. Sales staff has also been friendly every time I stop by, I would even trust them to assist my clients without my presence if need be. Highly Recommended!
I have bought from many outdoor furniture places including online retailers. This place has the best quality that has lasted and showing no signs of getting older. When you buy outdoor furniture make sure you don’t go cheap and you buy something first class so that it will last a long time and look great. I highly recommend buying from this company as I have always had the best experience. Thanks for everything you guys do.
