Wow, the staff here is great! They were so friendly and attentive. They didn’t rush me, but took their time to address all of my questions and concerns and gave me a lot of useful information. Will definitely be coming back for future treatment!
The staff is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. I received treatment here years ago when I was teaching in Lake Mary. I just returned for more treatment and it’s like I never left. I have total confidence in their ability to properly diagnose and treat my vein problems.
Posting this on behalf of my mother Susan Greenhut... I returned to Vascular Vein Center after 5 years of previous vein issues. I was seen by Dr. Charles Stein. I immediately was pleasantly surprised how caring and reassuring he made me feel. I went back a few weeks later and he preformed the first procedure. He knew I was nervous and he made me feel at ease. It was painless. Every visit and procedure has been with Dr. Stein. He is the only one I wish to be seen by , as he is professional yet caring. Dr. Stein is the best thing about Vascular Vein Center.
I have been a patient at the Vascular Vein clinic for several years. I’ve always received friendly, professional care. People are available if you need to talk on the phone. I have gone to the Orlando and to the Lake Mary offices and both are superior.
The staff is knowledgeable in their practice, and takes the necessary steps to verify the situation before determining the next steps. Reception is wonderful as well, I believe this location is filled with talent. Cici hopefully I spelled it right and Julie are well trained and their experience shows.
I was impressed with how quickly I could get an appointment, even more so with lining up an ultrasound the very morning of the initial appointment, The receptionist, nurse Asst, ultrasound tech, and NP Julie were all highly professional, courteous, exceptionally empathetic to my condition. I've seen two other vascular practices since moving from Boston to Orlando, and VVC was MUCH more informative and decisive about treatment options.
The Lake Mary facility is where I received my treatment, and it was a very enjoyable and knowledgeable experience for me. The entire staff there from the front desk receptionist to Dr. Charles Stein is AWESOME!!! The procedural process, payment processing, and recovery cycle were explained thoroughly, and the treatment was painless. I will definitely share this new knowledge with everyone I can since knowledge is potential POWER and is preventive medicine. Truly~Divine
The entire staff, from front desk, nurses, to Dr. Kunitser were amazing. They took the necessary time to listen, answer questions, and explained the treatment process clearly, this was an exceptional visit. Well done Dr. Kunitser and staff.
They kept to their appointments and were very friendly. Dr Stein is great. He's gentle, and always follows up after a procedure to make sure you're doing well. If you need to have these procedures Vascular Vein Center is where you want to go.
They are awesome and save my life every time very blessed to have them
