Worse scam artist ever!!! DO NOT GO!!! They tell you lies to get new lines and tell you that you’ll have an up charge if you don’t switch plans! Do not go, do all customer service over the phone , even the customer service 800 number at Verizon says their stores are scam artist poor used car salesmen .have to go back tomorrow to delete the new line and get my bill back to normal. Time is the most valuable thing and they know how to waste it and try to waste your money. Seriously horrible scam artist!
After having been sent there from another location who said they had two of the phones I was looking for they: told me they had none, that I could go to another, couldn’t be bothered to even look through their own system to see if that one had any, and flat refused to call and confirm. Any store that can’t be bothered to keep their inventory in order much less extend themselves to make a phone call isn’t worth a thin dime of our money.
I waited for approximately 30 minutes to have my phone checked because I have ad's breaking and a round cylinder wheel popping up while I am online.. I was charged $25.00 and nothing has changed.
They cannot help you in the store with anything but sales. On the phone they are hardly any better. If you get lucky, you can have someone good help you, but that’s few and far between.
It takes time bc you never know what the person in front of you needs, but Mike was EXTREMELY helpful. He priced out different options on our plan to upgrade our very old phones and we barely had an increase! He was funny and kind. Definitely worth going into an ACTUAL Verizon phone store, and not an authorized one. The plans are so confusing; the team really helps in finding you the best option. Very grateful for his help!
1/23/23. All I was trying to do was return my old phone as required for the trade-in, but I was completely ignored for about 25 minutes before they closed. No eye contact, no hello, no "we'll be right with you". If I am penalized for not returning my phone on time I will not retract this review. I will retract this review if I am able to return my phone. That's literally ALL I AM TRYING TO DO.
Never a long wait if any and always treated well by staff. Always leave happy and satisfied with results
TERRIBLE SERVICE. BRAND NEW SAMSUNG, 2 WEEKS OLD, AND NO VOICE MAIL. THEY SENT ME A REFURBISHED PHONE TO REPLACE MY NEW PHONE. WANT TO CHARGE ME $30.00 EVERYTIME I WALK INTO STORE TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE. TWENTY YEARS WITH VERIZON AND WE ARE LEAVING. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR!!!!!!!
Awful customer service. From the moment I walked in I felt like the burden because I was ruining their personal conversations. I have never felt so uncomfortable and intimidated like this employee made me feel. They claimed I wasn’t a manager and refused to talk to me at all about an upgrade issue I was having . I am a manager, but my name was off one letter from my license a mistake they would have made when I first opened my line. They offered no solutions to help work passed that issue. I could have asked what their store hours were and the answer would have been “you’re not an account manager we can’t talk to you”
Needed a few things in a hurry. The staff got me exactly what I needed and fast.
