The food was good, the service was very friendly but I had to remind them to bring out the rolls.Food: 4/5
I ordered the #9 sausage gravy and biscuits then asked for scrambled eggs and bacon on the side! Food was really good ! The scrambled eggs were a little under cooked but overall everything was good ! The server was really nice and gave us great service!
My best friend and I happened to be in the area and hungry. We both ordered combination #1, with over medium eggs, and a side of potato pancakes. We asked for separate checks. Her eggs were a tad snotty whites mine were over easy, clear runny white snotty. I asked politely for two more eggs, white cooked through. After some time our server brought out 2 more eggs. Same uncooked whites. I picked at them, tried to eat what I could but after the easy eggs touched the potatoes, I left half my food on the plate. My friend was pretty much done eating. Oh, when we asked for our tab, it was all on one check. We didn't ask for much and won't be in the area to give it another try, not that we would. Very disappointing, with the exception of the potato pancakes, those were phenomenal . Disappointed but we've been to worse restaurants. 3 stars, could've been better, even if busy.
Love this Restaurant. Happy they were able to survive the fire and tribulations. Decent prices for meals everything is homemade. The potato pancakes are out of this world. Literally one of the best potato pancakes in Parma. I would love to see them make them smaller and use the potato pancake instead of hash browns. Also put that PPanckake on a breakfast sandwich with eggs n meat AMAZING!
My sister and I just came into the restaurant. It’s one of our favorite places to come with our grandfather. We tend to always have Katie as our waitress and she consistently is nothing but kind and respectful to us. Even when it is busy her as well as the rest of the staff do an amazing job controlling the flow. And as always the food is amazing here and well priced.
Seated right away for how busy they were. Mom & Pop feel and courtroom quick service. Delicious food, we both had skillets one Texas and One Sicilian - love finding new places while we’re out and about. If you have never been here and you're ever around Parma, Ohio Cleveland... You gotta stop. I love these mama and pop restaurants, they're my favorites. But I'm very picking about my food... I'm also slightly judgmental on service, because, well, I used to be a waitress... This place has a really chilled, relaxed, welcome everybody, atmosphere. It's a place you can go and have breakfast and actually just eat in peace. The food is amazing and they are so close nit, they actually care about their customers! It's that old time feeling right here in the 2023. Did I tell you the food was bomb... I'm over here hungry now. Anyhow, if you get a chance go check it out and make sure to ask for Katie!!! She is not only the top server, but the best server I have ever experienced in my entire 43 years of existence. Tell her I said hi. She will most definitely take care of you. In all honesty... This restaurant will always mean the world to me. When my ex had me on the streets, sleeping in my car, they made sure ate. One of the waitresses even bought me breakfast once. But no matter how down I was... It was Katie who always told me to keep my head up. And she didn't let me forget who I was. Every day I walked in there it was, "Good Morning Miss Marilyn." So if you want good service and good food and you're in Parma... This is a place to check out. And she is definitely your peoples. You might find a new spot and a new friend. I did Love from Indiana
Katie is highly unprofessional went for breakfast she was rude. Took my creamer then took forever to take my drink order. Took forever to bring my coffee with no creamer. Then continued to not acknowledge me but to everyone else's order and me. I come here alot I don't think I will anymore. Damn sure won't sit in her section.
By far one of my favorite restaurants! Servers are always super nice, pleasant atmosphere, and great food. We come here every Sunday the little bit of a wait is always worth it. Highly recommend
Your service staff should never make a guest feel unwelcome especially in the service and hospitality business. You have waitresses in there who are unprofessional and a smile doesn't make your professional. And blatantly ignoring a table for whatever reason is also unacceptable. Sorry but Katie lost you guys a few customers today.
