Vista Family health center was founded by Dr. Carlos Oliva in 1996. Starting out as a solo practitioner, he soon found himself with an enormous following of pt who sought out not only his excellent medical treatment but also his charismatic style. As time went on, he decided to add more providers to his office, wich in turn he developed into a busy practice known as VISTA FAMILY HEALTH CENTER, and is located downtown vista.
Dr. Carlos Oliva has always had a vision for assisting the under-served community. Today, Vista Family Health Center works with programs such as CHDP Family PACT, BCDDP and Medicare in order to achieve that goal and make access to care more available care and medication for those with out insurance or other resources.
By popular demand and to further grow with the times, Dr. Oliva has decided to incorporate Aesthetic Medicine into his regular practice and now offers: SCLEROTHERAPY ( large and small vein treatment) Liposuction, Fillers, Botox, Laser Acne Treatment, Laser hair removal, facials, Derma-plane, weight loss reduction and an extensive line of other treatments and products all given with professional guidance and instruction.
