I was told I could get my IUD in when my cycle started….LIES!!! Called 7X in one DAY leaving voicemails to Dr John moore’s nurse Melissa to call me back-NO CALL BACKS!!! Then I go and talk to a “supervisor “ Kenya and she isn’t no help neither! I would NOT recommend this place unless you want to wait 6 days before a return phone call—-Dr Moore obviously needs a better nurse and staff What a WASTE!
Cut me and lied about type of hysterectomy he gave me. Said he left ovaries etc. 13 years later none of this is found. Where are the coils from the essure? This affected my essure settlement. You never put the removal in the notes or pathology report. I didn't need a complete hysterectomy and cervix removed cause he said to prevent cancer. We are born with cervixes! Trying to destroy black women. Melissa I'd a Unvle Tom who is fooled too.
Well I'll start here I had serious issues need a hysterectomy couldn't get anyone to see me and 1st call to doctor John Moore he got me in the door! Very perfesonal and his nurse gave me great treatment I feel like a new person and surgery was yesterday. I would highly recommend him over any doctor who does this work.he took amazing care of me from the start! I never do reviews ever but this one I had to get out there for anyone who needs a great obgyn see him 45 yrs plus experience!
I have never experienced any type of doctors office or any type of business with such great service. The entire office is always so pleasant. Appointments are easy to make, change, and cancel. The staff are always quick to respond to any request you have. The mobile app is amazing and you can send messages through the portal with quick responses. I have never had to wait for a long time. I could go on and on about this office. Dr. Smith is always so helpful and will clearly explain everything to you. Her staff is just as amazing. Thank you guys for being such a great welcoming place.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. John Moore for some time now. I’ve been through quite a few doctors and I’ve never had a doctor that really likes to understand the needs of his patients! His nurse Melissa is also awesome as well! I literally call her every other day to ask her tons of questions and she answers them so gracefully and never gets tired of answering them! There’s even a receptionist by the name of Marie if I’m not mistaking that’s just as awesome as they are!
Dr. John Moore is the absolute best in Columbia! He really cares about this patients. I highly recommend him. I've even referred friends an co-workers to him. I love his sweet spirit! His assist Melissa is awesome as well!
I absolutely love Bridgette and Dr. Moore. They are so knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. Unfortunately the two receptionist in the front office one had short grey hair and was wearing blue scrubs and the other had a bob twisted my feelings about Vista Women’s Healthcare as they talked about politics loudly like that was something appropriate to do. If it wasn’t for Bridgette and Dr. Moore, I would have definitely continued to explore other options for a gynecologist. Definitely would’ve gotten 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.
I have been a patient of Dr. John Moore for over 20 years. He is a great doctor with an excellent bedside manner. His wife Dr. Kathryn Moore was on call the night I went into labor with my second child. She has an excellent bedside manner as well. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Abigail Smith is the best gynecologist I've ever had. She listens, truly cares about her patients, and never rushes to just "get to her next patient". I've never completely trusted a doctor before Dr. Abigail Smith!
Dr. Kathryn Moore and the entire staff at Vista Women’s Healthcare are great! I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to my health. I was able to address the problem I was having and she took her time to explain everything to me. The nurses were friendly, kind, and caring. I didn’t feel like I was just another number at this office.
