this is a wonderful place for not only the retirement side of the health park but also the skilled nursing side recently have put my aunt in there and she is doing well the staff is always calling updating me on simple things like decrease in Madison upping medicine any concerns. They are very friendly and they take very good care of her and I recommend this place highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone and with the new edition that they have just recently built on it is beautiful and so very nice. The therapist there are also amazing they keep in touch with me on the updates of her and how she is progressing in her therapy and anytime I have any questions or concerns everybody and anybody in there is willing to help me and update me and keep me informed Mount Vista Health Park is an amazing facility
Had a bad smell to the entire inside of the building. Was trying to get some assistance in locating a resident and the employees were trying their best to avoid me. Finally one told me to go to the hall on the other side to ask for help. I went to that side and was ignored by staff again. After over 30 minutes I finally got a person that directed me to the resident's room. Very depressing place.
Great facility. Quiet and quaint. Visiting residents is easy and safe.
They've taken really good care of my mom for years. Most of the staff seem to really care about the residents. Lots of improvements since a new administrator came on board.
Sorry these pics went to wrong place mt.vista is great .Lexington health care and rehab.is the one thats terrible. Some staff there is good but equip.and food suck
This is such a nice facility! You can see that all of the residents are very well taken care of. The staff is very helpful and polite!
Father in law in the newest part for rehabilitation. Everyone seems to be nice. The evening nurse Ms. Shirley is super nice.
