Owners are great , management is trash . Got confirmation from the office that my package had been delivered @ 1:34pm -got there at 5:30pm to pick it up but apparently it was "picked up" by someone other than me. The office' solution was to knock door to door to find my package and that they were not responsible for missing mail.
Given a $200 price via email that's says they will charge credit card upon arrival. No mention of extra charge. Husband goes in to pay and it's 207.50. has a receipt for $200 and a second receipt for 207.50 that says I could have saved $7.50 by paying cash. I called back to office and was told I could come up and pay cash and they would reverse credit card charges. Though I am a stickler for principal, I didn't bother going back to the office. I did ask for a picnic table. There were numerous empty sites that gad one but didn't want to just take it. Gentleman said no problem he would get me one. I was there for a week and it never showed up. Many campers live there full time, which is ok, but looking like a junk yard is not ok. Residents were not friendly
Terrible customer service! Arrived around 445 and the office was locked but said “open”. Tried calling the host and she didn’t get back to me until after 7pm via text. Luckily I had a message prior with my room door code. Unluckily, the cabin smells like mildew, the “heat” source was a wall mounted electric heater that was too small for the space, and everything else looked like it was put together with mogpog. Also Not a safe location, was trying to stay a couple nights for work and there was a weird dude checking into cars and walking around RVs. I tried talking to the host about the situation and her response was “if you feel unsafe you should probably leave.” And is now refusing to issue a refund. Terrible customer service, unsafe location, poor maintenance.
Lots of dog poo in many places. Showers tepid at best. Garbage strewn about. We will never stay here again.
This rv park is really quite comfortable. Lots of old growth trees. The staff are kind and professional. The price is right. Good Sam, $40 Our lot is definitely long and wide enough with plenty of extra room. 40ft, 3 slides with toad. It's nicely level, only took 30 seconds. All the dogs are on leashes and are so very cute! It's a nice place to stay and we'll be back next time we come through. Wifi and good cell reception. 4 stars cause gotta have a pool for five.
I stayed overnight here in a 40 ft 5th wheel. I couldn't access the first site assigned to me due to a large tree right at the entrance corner of the site. I was reassigned another site that was more suitable. I would have to rate this park as only average. It's convenient to the Interstate with no road noise. I did not use any of the facilities. It seemed like about 3/4 of the park was long term, including all the super long sites. Depending on the site assignment, you might be challenged in a big rig. If you stay here, I can recommend 5 Bucks Pizza, within walking distance.
Quiet and clean. Kids had a blast! Just off the main road and walking distance to food, local park and splash pad. Bathrooms were very clean. I can see why people long term here!
Stayed in a tent. Got in late. Sprinklers came on at 3 am. Got drenched. Tent and everything inside was wet. Tent spots are on the other side of the park from the shower and restrooms. Barking dogs. Next to the freeway so its loud traffic. Tents are next to a shop and they start banging and clanging at 5 am.
Great small RV Park, only stayed one night has 50/30 amp service, water and sewer. Owner very nice and accommodating. Park is easy to maneuver thru w/40' class A and tow. Easy to get on/off interstate. Will stay whenever passing thru. Very reasonably priced!
Believe what you read about the poor service here. No one at the office when it was unlocked and open sign on bell on the counter does no good. Pretty sure the owner watched me from the parking lot. If you're looking for a one night stopover just hit the new RV sites at the Love's down the road.
