Waitt Funeral Home did an amazing job in supporting my family and I in making sure the funeral for my grandmother went smoothly. Even though I heard wonderful things about the owner, Stephanie, I met her for the first time on the day of my grandmother's funeral and I am glad that I did. Not only was everything from the service to the burial done gracefully, her kind words, the communication between her and her staff and professionalism was remarkable. Even though losing my grandmother was hard, the support that was offered and the care that the Waitt Funeral Home provided will always be a happy memory of that day that I will always take with me. Lisa Waitt and staff were absolutely wonderful!! Lisa ensured that all of my mother’s wishes were upheld and took so much care with putting together everything, from the church services to the burial; allowing myself and family to grieve properly. As a person who has been lucky enough not to have to navigate this situation often, it was such a weight lifted. Not only did they take such care, the services and facilities were absolutely beautiful. Thank you Lisa for everything; words can’t describe the lasting peace you have left me and my family.

When I contacted Waitt Funeral Home, they were very helpful in my time of need. Waitt was there with putting the funeral arrangements together. They help me get through the tough time with finding closure with my father’s death. The most moving part is when Waitt Funeral Home provided an Honor guard at the cemetery before burying my father. I was blown away how Wait Funeral Home took the extra steps to give my father a proper burial. I consider Wait Funeral a friend of the family with handling a death of a loved one.

I cannot put into words how satisfied I am with their services. They did both my mother and my brother's funerals one month of each other. They made a very difficult time so easy for the family. Stephanie is the best at what she does, she was everything. I know she didn't do it alone, so I thank everyone who was involved. I Would give this place a 10 out of 5 stars and Stephanie 10 out of 5 stars. I truly recommend this place to anyone who is planning a funeral, you won't find a better service anywhere else.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Waitt Funeral Home. They are kind and professional. They made a very difficult day, beautiful. Their skill and attention to every detail allowed me and my family to relax and just be there for each other. They did the services for both of my parents, and I’ve been to several funerals there. I’ve never seen a decedent not look their best. They are truly amazing.

I commend Lisa, Stephanie and the rest of the staff at Waitt. Unfortunately on top of the loss of someone so dear, there was a lot of family separation & conflict. They kept the upmost professionalism and managed to work with everyone in a matter that was considerate, fair, and understanding. Aside from that, the personal touches did not go unforeseen & were much appreciated. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

My dad passed away very suddenly and my mom chose this place to hold his services. My mom had the worse experience! Lisa was nasty! This is our first major death in our immediately family so we needless to say we are lost and need some guidance. She must of had a stick up somewhere the sun doesn’t shine! It’s been less than 24 hours since his passing and she has made it the worse time so far. We are taking our business elsewhere.

Losing my brother in law brought my family to a low I have never felt. The Waitt family helped my husband and I through the hardest thing we had ever done. Thank you for being there for us.
