They just stare at you and make you feel like tou shouldn't be there. Plenty of other places near the beach to pick up some things and not deal with this place.

I just had the nicest experience at my local Walgreens photo department. I had photo Christmas cards printed and after I picked them up, I noticed that one of the images had been cut off. I went back inside and was treated like royalty. Roberta worked with me at their computer and Shannon printed them out. I left a happy camper because these ladies became my heroes today! I can't thank you enough!!

They profile like crazy. Can't even stop and get some snacks for the beach without being stared at. I'll bring my business else where in the future.

Some of the employees at this store profile big time so turn your phone camera on. Just in case. Untrustworthy.

"Instant in store coupon" means you have to sign up and give your contact information, then search through a book of coupons to hand to the clerk to scan for the sale. Lines too long and only one impatient person working during busiest time. Will go next door to the other pharmacy store next time.

Josh the shift lead was working and he was rude/unkind. My niece who is over 18 had an issue with him, as well as myself. He spoke with my sister on the phone about the situation and was still being unreasonable in the request to sell a tobacco product to a legally licensed adult on her behalf as she could not make it to the store herself. He instead was rude and then tried blaming company policy. Unfortunately, no manager was on duty besides himself. To be frank he isn’t even the first staff to be rude at this location. There was also an older woman working who was rude prior. Small things like this can really set a domino effect of negativity in a time when we all need more positivity. A tip for Josh try being a little more kind and mind your tone sir.

Many a year may come and go, but not so much with the wonderful staff at my Bethany Beach Walgreens. From the customer service associates on up to the management staff, this is definitely one of my go-to stores. Friendly, kind, and always respectful of my wants and needs.

Made appointment for flu shot and when I arrive there were no needles. Manager, Erica W, --rudely --said there really weren't appointments and that it was first come, first served, so they didn't save any needles for known appointments. Even though Walgreens Bethany had called me on Monday about my appointment in order to say call ahead to make sure they had the hi-dose vaccine for seniors, Erica denied they knew I had an appointment. Her solution: come back at 9:00 am Monday and try again. Terrible customer service.
