The automotive department is less than satisfactory. Everyone moving in slow mode. I was told my car was going right in for 2 tires and that was 2 hours ago. So frustrating to be told one thing and yet here I am waiting.
The store is always chaos!! And the lawn and garden center is awful!!! Everything is either dead or dying! And almost all of it is still full price!
A larger Walmart than I usually have had. But they are excellent at helping customers. We accidentally left something behind that we had paid for and called. The customer service rep was great and got it and held it for safe keeping till we could get it.
Store laid out weird and couldn't get signal on my app to find what was on my list so not a 5. Guest wifi would be great to support using the app. Outstanding and friendly customer service on a holiday weekend
Glad to see the continued improvements, I know it takes a lot of time and money to fix some.ofnthe problems this location has had brewing. But again happy to see that the company is taking the time to invest and bring it up to par.
Michelle team lead front end told me she was the store manager and was horribly rude to me when i was trying to return a scooter. She rolled her eyes at me and cursed at me and called me trash and was awful to me because i didn't understand why they wouldnt return my scooter and i kept asking questions.? It was after 10pm when the store is open til 11pm and i work and wont be able to at any point come in before 10pm. I've always worked late and they've helped me out after customer service was closed many times before but today Michelle took it upon herself to make sure i never shop with them again. Im deleting my walmart plus account. I didnt deserve the way i was treated tonight and i wont let this go. Someone needs to put her in check or fire her before her power trip gets out of hand and they loose more loyal customers.
Do not recommend unfriendly workers the ladies at the front desk rude. They're supposed to have the lowest prices they just keep getting higher I've been shopping at local farmers market for the past four months much better food and way better prices. And I think about how many small businesses Walmart puts out of business
so tired of walmart bullshi@. never have what you need pickers are another issue. delivery driver delivered someone elses order to my place. cant see paying premium tip even if the order is right. you never get all that you order. last two orders 5 and 7 items not in stock
Product layout is sensible and consistent. Staff are always willing to help and the deli is superb! Daily made breads and the cake decorators are TALENTED!
They're always well stocked for all events going on at Coopers Lake and that's saying something for a Walmart. The employees are typically friendly and helpful.
