The service department is Horrible, the technicians just stand around and talk on their phones all day and don’t do NOTHING! You better off going to another location because this location sucks. I will be calling Corporate to see if they can send a someone to monitor the dummies they have working at this location. I purchased a new set of tires and they couldn’t figured out how to balance the tires, so I went to another location on Hey 6 and they were able to get the job done!! This location doesn’t deserve a star but I had to add it in order to put in my review. I’ve waited for more than one hour to get my tires rebalanced and they still wasn’t balanced correctly! Remember this is the second time trying to balance my tires. Again I took my truck to Hwy 6 and Murphy and those guys got the job done!
Typical Walmart, though not as bad as other locations. As expected, the store was busy with very few employees to check out customers. Park at your own risk! Park far from the store or drive endlessly, in circles, to find a decent parking spot.
Tire Center Review: After having a tire blowout on the highway, I was very frazzled to say the least, and this location was nearby along with many other repair shops; however, unlike the other guys, they were thankfully open until 7p I was there on a Wednesday. So I ultimately chose to get towed here due to the fact that it was almost 5p. EVERYONE in the department was more than helpful, friendly, and extremely understanding and compassionate when they saw my emotional state. Although they did not have the size tires I needed, they exhausted all resources to try to source one on the fly. No luck, but they did put my spare donut on in no time, and only charged $5.00! They definitely helped put my mind at ease after a scary afternoon and I appreciate it very much! I will absolutely contact them in the future first for any other automotive service needs.
Probably one of the biggest and cleanest Walmarts there is. Every time I go here, there’s always a great deal and I love that they have self check outs because sometimes the cashier lines are just too long. You can always find stylish shoes here for less than $50.
Store could be laid out a bit more intuitively. The Walmart app tells you which section to find what you’re looking for, but trying to find the section can be a challenge. The people that work there are always friendly and helpful.
The only thing I truly hate is the self check out .. I read the reviews and went here because i had to go to get 2 items I didn't want to pay shipping for online. Those employees do come out nowhere and punch in 5 stars. I'm like, what the heck, personal space. Excuse me ,hello, how do you give yourself 5 stars for just standing there smiling only? What in the heck is going on. I wish I could get 5 stars just sitting here rating this about your company. I've been to other walmarts , This location has employees who come behind you creeping you out, What if i wasn't paying attention and didn't know you were an employee reaching out from behind me. Please let your employees know to quit doing that it's uncomfortable, creepy. This happened a few times it's why I mainly do curbside
They are very clean and reset, so they are doing up right.. plenty of staff on hand, and all are very kind, as I have a small service dog that accompanies us, as within the law, I get asked about, but never put in cart, and or in open food area. I carry her as it's part of her training to be part of public and around people. Kids and people of all ages stop too pet her... so thank you, wonderful staff, for your understanding and great service. We have/are spent hundreds setting up a new house, so we go weekly..
I live less than 5 minutes from this location and have been shopping here since it opened. I am done with this Wal-Mart. This place has gotten progressively worse over the years, but it has become completely intolerable over the last few months. It is bad enough that this place used to be open 24 hours and now it closes at 11. The real problem is items are frequently not labeled or labeled incorrectly. Watch prices when you check out or you will be overcharged. Items are out of place and out of stock, even when it says they have them in stock online. I have also looked up items locations online only to find that the item is not located there or the isle does not exist. Spent 30 minutes looking for isle Z15 last week. No Z15. Went to the area and no sign and no trace of the item I was looking for. Do not even bother to ask an employee for help, if you can even find one. If you have to return an item, be prepared to wait in a long line, while 1 employee, with a horrible attitude and absolutely no sense of urgency, takes care of everyone. They have recently put all of the makeup items and spray pait behind locked cases, I understand that they are trying to prevent theft and that is okay, but there needs to be more employees to open these cases. I waited in the makeup area for 10 min for the lady to finish up with another customer and I got fed up and left. My father tried to buy some spay paint the other day and couldn't find anyone to open the case. They usually have 2 check out lanes open. One regular and one express, so, there is always a line for self check out. If I have to check out my own order, I shouldn't have to wait in a long line. This Wal-Mart is horribly managed and I will be taking my business across the street to HEB, where most of the prices are the same, or I will drive down the road to the Missouri City location, which does not have the awful management that this location does. It is definitely worth the extra driving.
Super hung Walmart Store. The store is very clean, bigger than all I have seen and staff are very professional and work focused. I just picked stuffs for consumption. I got some pictures for your views as the store is offering lots of discounted sales at a very affordable prices.
