Wasatch Peak Family Practice is a full scope family practice offering medical care to patients from birth to 99 years of age.
Wasatch Peak Family Practice was established in October 2000 by Dr. Jeffery L. DeGrauw. We started with one physician and one employee in an office with four exam rooms. We have since grown to four physicians and twenty employees to a beautiful office with twenty-four exam rooms and a large comfortable waiting room with a play area for children. Wasatch Peak Family Practice was proud to be nominated as one of Davis County's Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year in 2009.
We are a full-service family practice office of dedicated, experienced physicians who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. We care for a variety of patients ranging from newborn babies to the elderly. Our services include general healthcare, routine exams, well child exams, immunizations, asthma, diabetes, minor office procedures, and Medicare exams; such as Initial Preventative Physical Exams (IPPE).
Our Utah State Licensed, Board Certified physicians are always up-to-date on the current diagnoses and cutting edge treatments continuously furthering their education and increasing their knowledge to better serve their patients. We pride ourselves on listening to our patients, informing them of all their options, and enabling them to make the best choice for themselves or their family members. We work together to serve your entire family for all of your medical needs in all stages of life. Our physicians believe in providing comprehensive healthcare services to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
We have multi-lingual staff with two of our physicians fluent in Spanish and another fluent in Portuguese. We offer same day urgent care appointments as well as scheduled routine visits while continually trying to accommodate every person's schedule with a variety of scheduling options. We also have two physicians that are Medical Directors for different Hospice companies allowing for continuity in end of life care.
