This is the first review I have done about a blood draw center.Just wanted to give 3 thumbs up for the person that made me feel so great because she is a pro at her job. I usually am a hard stick but I was amazed how she made me feel so much at ease. I recommend very much this place.
Never had any problems here. If you want to be the first in you have to get there at least 15 minutes before they open and stand at the door. Otherwise you'll have a bunch of elderly people with nothing else to do all day in front of you while you are trying to get in and out and go to work.
They let you languish in agony in the waiting room for hours and hours. Staff is indifferent to human suffering and will never ever take responsibility. If you decide to complain you will be brushed off and they will imply that it's just your imagination. Waterbury Hospital will never stand by their patients. They will however stand by their rude and lazy employees at the emergency room.
I always travel to this location because Rosie is simply the best at her job, always uplifting, kind, and painless stick every time and I never leave with a bruise or sore arm. She’s the best
I'm always treated with respect and kindness. The girls are gentle when trying to find a vein for I am a hard stick. I've been doing this for 10 years and I'll never go anywhere else. Kudos to all of you!!!!!
The customer service I received from one of the staff by the name Rosie it was kind, professional and with a feather touch. 100% pain less.
